I love this place! Everything felt so fancy and modern and stylish. I honestly loved everything about it. The restaurant, Dynamite, is amazing! The bar, Catalyst, is really cool and has a beautiful patio. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels in lots of different states and countries, and this is one of my favorites. You get so much for your money! Big fan!

Love it. I asked if i could use a cart for our luggage and an employee said " I come with it." They loaded everything up and showed us to our room. Room was clean and everything works. I feel safe as your key card restricts you to access your floor only. Great restaurants nearby.

One inconvenience for us was at night finding it is a bit tricky if you’re not familiar with the valet or parking garage area. They serve their own barrel pick of Makers Mark bourbon at the restaurant (that you can buy a bottle of!)

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was nice, clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The view was great from the 10th floor. The restaurant was fantastic. Parking was a bit cumbersome. Not included. Choices were on the street or the parking garage for $21, which I guess is not uncommon if you are staying downtown in a sizeable city. It was a little maze-like getting from the parking garage back to the hotel, all inside but little signage to guide the way.

Restaurant and room service menus have no pricing and mixed reviews despite being very expensive. In-room coffee was only decaf. Room temp kept defaulting to 67 degrees. Coffee counter downstairs couldn’t do a hot latte. Industrial room had terrible view. No offers to upgrade on arrival despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member if you book via Expedia.

I really felt welcome, they treated me in a way that made me feel like family and that’s not hospitality I experience often. Jack spoke to our son about running and gave a great recommendation on a local run. The leadership at this hotel is truly remarkable, with Sam, the manager, clearly leading a dedicated and professional team. His commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the hotel's operations. Special mention must be made of Derek in valet. He was always hustling to get our vehicle and made sure either the heat or air conditioner were already turned on when we got in the car that touch that made us feel valued as a guest. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, with luxurious rooms, exquisite dining options, and a range of amenities that cater to every need. Whether you're visiting Omaha for business or leisure, this hotel offers an unparalleled experience that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. I've previously visited Omaha for business but, this was my first time visiting for recreation. I loved the hotel location, decor esthetic, service. The Riverwalk, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. I'm looking forward to going back, and next time, I'll bring friends!

The Farnham did an amazing job in all areas of hospitality. The service, the food and the hotel were five star even though I believe it is a four star hotel. The only thing that was a problem is the lack of humidity in the HVAC both my daughter and I. We were so dry in our rooms. I would like to stay there again, but I would probably buy a personal humidifier for my time there.. otherwise keep up the great work
