Accomadating staff, good nreakfast. Pet friendly we got a room right next to the door on the ground floor so it was very easy to take our dog in and out.

Our room was excellent and breakfast was great. Only negative was the pool wasn’t heating properly. A serviceman was there working on it but it was too late for the time we were able to use it and surprised there wasn’t a hot tub either.

Overall a nice spot, however, my comforter had big brown blotches on the underside. It looks like the sheet was washed and someone tried bleaching out the stains but it was still kind of disgusting. I didn’t notice it until the last day and didn’t want to make a scene about it but if I would’ve noticed beforehand I would’ve complained.

Convenient location, friendly staff (the woman managing the breakfast service is terrific), felt like a fairly new hotel. Only negative were other guests in the room above us coming in and making a lot of noises for over an hour from midnight to 3am. Ceiling in the room is thin, like an apartment ceiling. If you stay here ask for a 3rd floor room.

We stay there whenever we visit our immediate family back home, this time for a family wedding. They are by far the best hotel in the area. Desk clerk Herb was outstanding helping with a little accident my wife had hurting her hand. Great staff.

Someone had access to my room with a key and entered my room while I was in the shower!!! it was very inappropriate and very unprofessional since this was booked through a 3rd party app the hotel told me that there was nothing they could do and to handle it with you. This is Terrible and dangerous!! To people’s privacy and safety!!!!!

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. During this stay, gust service employee Courtney and manager Dave went above and beyond, in helping us modify our third party reservation, getting out ahead of wicked snow storm.. They truly place the customer first here.

Best check in I have ever experienced! Sue was so friendly and so welcoming. Let us know all the details of everything we could need and with a smile on her face! Whole hotel is very clean and pretty quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Newer property near expressway. Lot of construction around area. Less than 10” to historic downtown Lockport which was lovely. One suggestion bring tape to cover flashing light on smoke detector in the middle of the room.
