I hate to leave a review like this, but unfortunately, my family’s experience was disappointing. The hotel was advertised as “steps away from the beach,” which felt misleading. Guests have to walk down and back up a very steep hill on an unpaved, extremely narrow road with no proper sidewalk. It felt unsafe, especially for children and older adults. My mother almost got hit by a car. While the road may not be the hotel’s responsibility, guests should be warned about the conditions. My sister’s room was not properly cleaned—the bed was dirty and undone and there were remnants from the previous guest. We were told the cleaning person was new, given two blankets, and not offered a room change or the room cleaned We also asked for toilet paper and were told they had none. The front desk experience was uncomfortable, as the gentleman working there did not appear fully alert or professional and seemed intoxicated. The hotel also felt unkempt, with bottles and garbage around the pool. Some guests were rowdy and belligerent, and there was no lifeguard. Although we supervised our children and teenager, the pool area did not feel family-friendly. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision. The hotel did not match the beautiful posts and reviews we saw online, and we left very disappointed.

They make you sign a contract: if you stain the sheets, towels, or anything else, you’ll be charged. So I walked into the room and I checked before anything and sure enough, the towels and bed had stains. I called reception so they could come and change. I was at the beach ans when I came back The room was flooded with poop like everything came from the toilet my bags were on the floor and got wet and dirty. I asked to speak to the management, but they were nowhere to be found. They did not have hot water either. It was just a mess.
