Wonderfully clean and extremely well kept. The hotel is complete with a fitness room, pool, outside seating with fire pit, and an expanded breakfast (not just muffins and coffee). A wonderful choice as we travelled through Paris on the opening day of the Olympics. Even though we were in Paris, Illinois not Paris, France.

The overall property is clean and well maintained. The pool area is clean, water in the pool is warm! Breakfast was below average, and coffee was good! At the time of checking in the receptionist lady was absolutely unwelcoming, and didn't give absolutely any information about the property (breakfast hrs, pool hrs/location etc.) just "here is the keys, your room is there"..

Everything was really nice here. The employees, the pool, rooms, etc. it was nice having free fresh hot coffee in the lobby available all the time and the breakfasts every morning were always decent. There was a nice outside patio area by the pool also. The whole facility was clean and smelled clean too. This was a nice place to stay overall for the several days I stayed here.

Overall, the best place to stay in town. Needs attention to a few things. The bathroom floor had pee marks around the toilet. An old washcloth was still slung over the shower rod. One of the elevators has been down for weeks and weeks. Housekeeping crew so absorbed in their phone I had to say "excuse me" to get by them. Lovely hotel but inattention to little things can leave a less than ideal impression.

Loud and disruptive stay, got up in the night and left. For starters I was charged a different amount than what I was quoted online (outside of deposit). It was raining so I didn’t want to stop anywhere, I made the mistake and bought two snacks that totaled $6 from the facility, when I got to my room I noticed a $10 charge for the snacks and an increase in room cost. When I inquired about it with the front desk he claims to not see these charges, which confused me. I’m in Paris on business and tried to sleep early because I had to leave early in the morning to arrive at my destination. From 5:12 pm until I left, kids were running across the floor, banging, stomping, screaming, yelling. Front desk contacted to have parents calm children and be mindful of other guest. The last time I contacted them the front desk apologized and stated “the parents don’t seem to know how to control their children” but still no resolution to the issue. Never offered a room change, never looked into extra charges on my account or why I was up charged for a dang snack. Seems they cared more about the party that was being hosted ie, all the children and the other guest were not a priority. Very disappointed to say the least. $210 wasted for nothing, and I literally mean nothing
