Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind this is along a very busy road, so there is some associated noise. Someone had turned the pool temperature up to be warmer than a hot tub. Not very pleasant for swimming. Breakfast was basic continental options, but decent.

While the room was clean the bed was very uncomfortable and worn - when I sat on it I sunk in. The pillows were also uncomfortable - either too hard or too soft. The minisplit only had heat or cool, no auto and it didn't work very well. I was also very disappointed with the pool, the water looked so gross I opted to not use it. I'm not sure how this hotel has the rating it does.

This property is well located for a single overstay for business. There is a full breakfast and the rooms are sparkling clean. A mini mart and if you load an app such as door dash you can have almost anything delivered, the CVS is next door. There is a gym and pool although I did not use it. The staff is friendly. Note the room has a microwave and other amenities like iron board for those on the go. Staff is friendly.

Check in was easy, room was clean, breakfast was sufficient. But a fee for parking??? Really??? I hate it when companies nickel and dime you to death. In Cromwell,CT? Where there are no issues about parking at all? Just awful.

Room was spacious and open especially the bathroom. There were enough incandescent light but it was just still dark. Daily parking fee was a turn off especially when the surrounding parking areas were unmaneauvarable and narrow. Breakfast was mediocre. They may want to change up the daily sausage patties and wet eggs.

The hotel was nice. The staff was beyond friendly, it was clean and modern. Although the breakfast wasn’t that great, The breakfast lady that was there during the week was so sweet. I didn’t get her name but she was adorable. They need more variety at breakfast. It was no fruit and the same thing every morning. They also need new waffle machines as well. I was charged for an extra night but my son caught it. If he wasn’t there I would have over paid. But the staff corrected it promptly. Last is Having to pay $3.00 a night for parking didn’t make since to me because it’s not a parking garage or a gated parking area. I just didn’t understand that. Would I stay again? Yes because of the customer service and good customer service don’t come easy these days.

This hotel stay was OK. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling for a funeral. Non-down pillows were brought up to our room, when requested. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend so the hotel was full. Breakfast was fair, but poorly maintained. Had to go to front desk several times during our stay to ask for more coffee, juice, plates, etc. Milk that was out had spoiled - unfortunately discovered after taking a large drink of it! Same breakfast every morning. No variety. Front door kept getting stuck; it wouldn't slide completely open. Bar was not opened during advertised hours. Room only cleaned every 3rd day, which I guess is now the norm since COVID. Fresh towels were delivered to our room when requested. Gym/pool area didn't have any clean towels. Quiet room, comfortable bed, nice shower and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers in shower. Hotel stay was OK, just expected a little nicer stay at a Marriott.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Housekeeping was non-existent. Nobody ever came to clean up our rooms. They only focused on cleaning rooms of people who were checking out. I had to keep calling the front desk for towels/washcloths which took about 3-4 times before I just decided to go downstairs. It was the front desk staff who had to go find me more towels herself. It was a shame because the rooms were so spacious and clean.

1 med qas missing a fitted sheet the entire stay, 1 bed had old chocolate ice-cream with sprinkles dried to the head board, bathroom had black ants everywhere, floors werent vaccumed lpts of crumbs clothing strings. No extra bedding for trundle bed, we asked multiple times for. Trash was never taken out until a nice gentlemam working night shift apologized for everything brought us extra bedding and took the trash. No bathtub to bath toddlers either was a big disappointment we had to drive an hour to family to bathe our kids. Wont stay here again.

We checked into a room that we had confirmed in our reservation had 5 guests. Only 2 bath towels and one washcloth in the room. Room was dusty and dirty. While there asked for extra bedding a pillows for pull out was told they are out of pillows and would try and find bedding. There was 2 private parties each night that the hotel staff cared for about than anyone else. Parties were loud kids all through hallways running. Kids on patio throwing the lava rocks from out of fire pit. I pointed out to hotel staff and they told me to move my car if I had an issue because they wouldn’t say anything to the private party. 1am to 4am guests running our halls and slamming doors. Also our room door was extremely hard to open and we were in an ada room.

The staff was Phenomenal!!! That's where it ended. Cockroach crawling in the shower, breakfast ending at 9 am?, 3 am two gentlemen having a conversation in the bathroom at a normal level and I can hear every word, old tea bag sitting in rotting water in the coffee maker, trucks at night purposely jack braking down the hill (get the town to put out an ordinance).

Perfectly fine hotel, nothing special but no major disappointments. A couple of stains on hallway carpets, breakfast was included but not great. Only fruit available was apples, would have appreciated more variety. I'm tall and the shower head was nice and high which is great, but the shower stream was wonky so that was disappointing.

Worst experience ever. No working outlets. No working tv. No working internet. No working fridge. No chair at desk. Missed my meeting because when I finally got the power working it tripped in the middle of a zoom meeting. 10/10 worst stay in a while. I pay good money for these things. Staff was nice though.

When I arrived they informed me that my reservation had been canceled because they were sold out! I asked how that was possible when I booked it over a month ago. They informed me than can cancel reservations through 3rd party companies, like Expedia. I was stunned! Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

Alexandria at front desk was terrific. Helpful, kind and got us in a room right away after being scammed on VRBO. She was a blessing during a trying time. The property is clean, rooms are spacious and breakfast provided was a bonus. Would stay again.

Hotel was very nice and seemed well maintained. Breakfast was decent. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. When we arrived at the hotel, they didn’t have the room we booked available. Very clean new hotel. Big rooms. Nice shower. I would have given it 5 stars but we were starving in the morning and they were out of eggs, sausage, bread( any bread product) and coffee when we came downstairs at 8 am. Parking charge was kinda interesting too. It’s Cromwell, parking is abundant.

Room is newer but seems very budget. Coffee in room was undrinkable. I think because there was old water in the coffee maker. There was only one coffee cup, but two of us. Breakfast in the lobby was awful. This is our second stay at this hotel, but I think we ll try another hotel.

Property is clean and rooms are comfortable but you have to request room service or they don't clean your room. they did not clean when requested. They charge $3 a day for parking in a unsecured lot which is B.S..Also, breakfast was very disappointing. Often there was no eggs or sausage, no OJ . At times there was only 6 slices of bread and you had to wait with 10 other people to use a 4 slice toaster. With consider another hotel in furure.

quick drive to Wesleyan, hotel was clean, they forgot to install bathroom locks at this location (they installed the lock on the sliding door but nothing on the wall for it to click into), the beds are rock hard and one of the people they have working the breakfast station needs to be moved to a different position. We waited 15 minutes for the eggs, bread and coffee to be refilled before asking...the front desk told us breakfast is over at 9:00 so that might be it (it was 8:15), and when we asked the person woman who refills the breakfast she told us..while clearly annoyed...eggs take time to cook. Maybe if that's your job you should anticipate that.

We really liked the room—they were big & spacious, with lots of storage, well laid out, comfortable, clean & sophisticated looking. The breakfast staff was amazing—so friendly, helpful & cooked the food well. We really enjoyed our stay.
