Booking through Hotels.com created an issue and I had to pay an additional $50dls to stay. Fortunately, the website refunded me the charge and some for the inconvenience. In addition, I mistakenly forgot to put the total guests staying with me (master suite holds up to 6ppl) and was charged an extra $15dls for each of my other 3 guests. There is no elevator in the building so I was lucky my room was in the first floor.

Location is good. Wifi & cellular signal were intermittent. Patio is a concrete floor surrounded by 4 concrete walls, so you can see straight up, & that's about it.

It was basic but adequate. Very centrally located! You can take a bus to and from the airport for 10 pesos that stops very nearby. No elevator. They did offer to carry my bag upstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and it’s only a 8-12 minute walk to the beach. Love the Zona Romántica! I would go again. Reasonably priced even though it was high season.

Ordered the family suite, which would've accommodated 3 of us by having our own beds. My reservation said 2 people, but since there was now 3, we got charged for the extra body. Cool, I get that. However, we were given a 2 bedroom suite. Once I advised the front desk person, she said our room was based on the original # of folks listed and there were no family suites available. This place is good for a no other choice, last minute, one night stay.. at best. It was not terrible, but I wouldn't stay again. No elevator, water pressure wasn't the best, but it's central to everything.

the tiled floor in the was slippery and quite dangerous. the room 15 is quite noisy, from the outside, the window and door to the balcony seem paper thin, if you are a light sleeper you will not enjoy. no elevator. the staff are good and helpful, the wifi is spotty

Clean rooms,great towels large screened tv,cable,patio..many don't have patios, I'm lucky.friendly reception staff.like sofa in other room, refrigerator and microwave.bed is comfortable.my second time here.plan on returning in the future.3 blocks from Malecon

Large room with patio and hammock. Super clean. great location for Zona Romántica Nightlife - safe area. Good A/C and WiFi. Friendly staff. Great price/value, but no frills, just a clean basic hotel room to sleep and shower.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times for 16 days. Checking in was pretty bad this trip. I have their Whatsapp so I requested extra towels, soap, iron, blow dryer and blankets as I get cold. When I arrived only the blankets where in the room. It wasted about 2 hours of my time getting everything in the room that they previously told me would be there. Then the manager at a later date told me I didn't need all those extra towels. I explained to him that I was staying 15 nights and don't want the maids in my room daily was trying to save time for his staff and myself. So checking in was not a good time. The entire staff is nice, Jesse being the best employee they have. Super friendly and helpful. This hotel is the Spirt Airlines of the hotel business. They will nickel and dime you for everything. Last trip I got blood on a towel and charged me $5 for a hand towel. This trip, I was ill and got the sheets and mattress cover a little dirty and wanted to charge me $75 USD. We settled on $45USD. They simply could have washed them with bleach and all would have been good. I was so scared to get sick again, I was nervous that every day I would be giving them another $50 daily, completely ruined my last five days. You don't charge guests for dirty towels and sheets, you just wash them in bleach and even if needed, it should be in their budget. Rooms noisy, mold in showers and no English TV channels. I love the location but may not return because so uncomfortable.

I was disappointed in the bathroom. There was feces on the toilet handle. I had to go downstairs to ask for some cleaner to get it off. Not a great first impression. The toilet seat was plastic making the seat cave in. Very uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable. The first night got cold I had to ask for a blanket as there was none in the room. Great location, but definitely not worth what you pay. Zero frills. No hand soap, even just for washing hands. It's me and my partner staying, the body towels (1 each) are stained and frayed, and we got only one tiny face towel. The toilet seat literally falls into the toilet and so do you. They don’t give you a comforter for the bed?? Just one thin sheet, and no mattress cover. The floors are dirty. The sofa's collapse under you when you sit down and there are dirty footprints on the walls?? Half the ceiling fans don’t work. Unhappy and unimpressed.

This place is extremely noisy and the balcony is next to a hotdog food place as well as a busy bus stop. This is a horrible location- I had to use earbuds to sleep the whole time I stayed there. This places has a lot of cockroaches I had to keep the lights on so that they would not get as many roaches. The staff overcharged me as they claim that Expedia only charged me for one night and they charged me do the rest. I tried to ask questions and the lobby lady was rude and later she even apologized by how bad she treasured me … horrible place to stay

Chambre insalubre, avec infiltrations d’eau et moisissures. Les grandes taches moisies ont été camouflées par un coup de peinture pendant notre séjour à la suite de notre plainte concernant les constantes goûtes qui tombaient sur nous aux toilettes. Malgré une réparation effectuée à l’étage supérieure, qui devait régler le problème, la situation est demeurée la même jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Aussi, tuiles tachées de divers produits et surtout de rouille à l’entrée de l’appartement sur toute sa largeur qui avait déjà dû servir de storage ; la porte d’entrée était d’ailleurs celle d’un placard à balai plus que celle d’une chambre. Décoration plus que minimale ( 3 plantes en plastique ) dans l’entrée et l’espace cuisine. Aucun canal en anglais sur la télé qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée malgré l’intervention du personnel sur place. Le robinet de la douche a dû être remplacée, car nous n’avions plus accès à l’eau chaude. Hôtel extrêmement bruyant. Il ne mérite pas 2 étoiles alors qu’il en affiche 4. Expedia ne devrait pas offrir à ces clients des endroits pareils pour leur séjour. Ça mine la crédibilité de la plateforme.

This Hotel is in a great location and I enjoyed my stay. The hot water was hot and the water pressure was great. The beds were firm and comfortable, even my 9 year old grandson loved the bed. When you walk out of the hotel it is close to a very busy buss stop, so that did make it extremely congested and dirty. I would stay again.

Clean and comfortable and right in the middle of lots of spots. Only about a 10 min walk to the beachfront. The street is pretty loud at all hours and there is not a lot of sound insulation. Ear plugs help but if you are sensitive to sound you may want to look elsewhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time to PV.

The Hotel is in an older part of the City with a very active night life. We happened to be on the front of the Hotel where there are many bars and a busy bus route. It was very very noisy till the early morning hours, so we were then moved to a room in the back of the Hotel. Very quiet and much more pleasant!

Spacious room and very tidy and clean. Staff is friendly. There is no hot water in the shower. VERY noisy area. If you have trouble sleeping, this hotel is not for you. We paid a fraction of the price for this area. So we are very happy (since we are fine with cold showers and we got earplugs to sleep)

There’s noisy and then there is noisy. My friend and I had to leave after two days into our vacation and get another hotel even though we paid for four days. The second floor outside the main street bus stop was unbearably loud. The entire room and windows would shake every time a bus passed or stopped. This goes on throughout the entire night and day. Impossible to sleep or relax.

Many Positives - Service, location, price, hospitality One Negative - It is LOUD. If you can sleep through anything, this place is fantastic for so many reasons. If you are a light sleeper, as great as this sport was for us, we got about 3 hours of sleep each night. That was with ear plugs, white noise, and sleeping gummies.

Staff was very nice and as helpful as they could. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and a big lack of hot water. No dishes in the room at all. The little wooden box with a key made me feel unsafe to leave my belongings in the room.

Great Hotel! Especially front desk staffs are really helpful!!!

Amazing location. It is a little loud on weekends but such a great location and good value for money. Amazingly friendly staff. I had 2 queen beds and a balcony.

Check in by Guadalupe was efficient and she was very pleasant to deal with. The hotel is older but very clean. It was New Years Eve so there was a lot of street noise and parties. I was expecting this so came prepared with ear plugs.

I always love staying here when I visit The area. It’s very convenient to everything in downtown Zona. Beach is not that far from walking distance and plenty of stores and taco stands nearby.

El hotel es muy económico y está limpio, pero no había agua caliente 😔 también afuera hay drogadictos en el frente que se te acercan mucho. El área es muy céntrica y hay muchos bares , tacos y antros gay. No recomendado para niños pero si para adultos.
