The hotel is attractive, the room was comfortable, but they seemed short staffed. There was a long wait to check in, no one was staffing the bar, and it closed very early if you could get someone to help you. Also, our room wasn’t cleaned, and we assumed it would be because nothing about housekeeping was mentioned when we checked in. When we got back after spending the day out, nothing had been done to the room. The breakfast was just okay. Not many selections and no one to help you. If all you want is a comfortable place to sleep, this place is for you.

We have stayed at many LaQuintas and found this to be one of the best! The staff were most professional, friendly, concerned, and helpful. King bed was super comfy, and the room had plenty of lighting. Great, large shower. Tops of bathroom baseboards needed cleaning. Tasty hot breakfast. Well-equipped fitness room although the TV didn't work and was not repaired during the 5 days we stayed there. Large laundry room had 2 washers, 2 dryers, a folding table, a chair, and good lighting. Only thing it needed was to have the dryers' lint traps cleaned thoroughly and frequently with hot water, soap, and a sturdy brush. Didn't use the pool although it looked bright and clean. Unfortunately, the spa was not working.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the staff was nice, but the bedroom was dark, even with lamps on. The window in the bedroom was not really big, and there was no overhead light there. It is a new property, and there’s plenty of parking. The free breakfast is so-so.

Nice property, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. It wasn’t crowded when I stayed, so it was quiet, but I can see how the hotel could get loud with a rowdy game day crowd. Off the congested university area just enough to be out of the way, but close enough to get to restaurants, bars, and shopping quickly. Good amenities - sit-in bar with TV to watch the game, pool, well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but adequate. Hard boiled eggs and oatmeal would be good additions. Overall very happy and will stay again. :)

There was a BED BUG in my room. They moved me to another room, no upgrade and no compensation, and in the second room there was blood in the tissue that was inside the tissue box. This is ridiculous. I've stayed at this property before and had good experiences but this last time was absolutely awful. I would not recommend at all.

Nice staff. However the hallway on floor 3 smelled like mildew and our room’s smoke detector was missing. Only wires coming out of the ceiling remained. The tv has only basic cable and no streaming or on demand services are available. The breakfast was sparse. You can count on a hot shower and a comfortable bed but that is it.

I found hair in the bed that did belong to me and in the shower. I told the front desk and I was offered a solution which was difficult at that time to accommodate. The manager said she’d speak to me in the morning about the situation. There was no conversation or apologies. She was curt and dismissive. The manager was RUDE!! And the bed was GROSS!

We enjoyed this hotel. It looked fairly new and clean. The breakfast was decent and hot. This would have been a 5 star review but the walls are so thin that we could hear people talking outside of the building until after 11pm, as if they were standing in our room. It made it very difficult to go to sleep.

All was good. Didn’t like that I had to wait a while ~ 15 minutes to get my room keys even though I checked in online ahead of time and was told it would be quick. Staff was helping other people check in manually and find rooms. Wish there was another staff member to give keys for those of us who checked in online.

This was a very unpleasant experience. Traditionally we enjoy La Quinta, but this trip was not up to their usual standards. I completed the pre-check in before we arrived (stated what time we would arrive, photo of my ID, a card for incidentals, and license plate number). When we arrived to finish the check in and get our room key, no one was at the front desk. After waiting roughly ten minutes we decided to call the hotel number in hopes someone would come to assist. After a few tries, a woman walked out of a room with her phone on speaker having a conversation with someone while bare foot. She asked if we were the ones calling, we said yes. She stated we couldn’t have been waiting long because, “I was only in the back for a couple minutes”. She had an unpleasant attitude and also remained on her phone throughout the check in process. She asked for my card for incidentals and I advised we already did that during the online recheck in and she told me no that I didn’t. With her unprofessionalism I didn’t want to argue. When I got to my room I checked my account and I was charged THREE holds. One for $30 and two for $1 each. Very disappointed in our experience with the woman at check in. I would not recommend this location.
