Lovely oceanfront 2nd floor unit totally upgraded and showing beautifully. MIni-split A/C units were recently added to both bedrooms, along with the stand alone A/C unit in the living room. Lanai seats four for outside dining with fab views...

The property has a lovely view of the ocean and is conveniently located in a safe environment. I appreciate seeing the view but the unit gets extremely hot in the afternoons despite the ac unit and additional fans. I think having the option to use blackout curtains would help keep the unit much cooler. We were advised not to over use the ac or there would be an additional charge. Despite a hefty cleaning fee we were responsible for doing some of the laundry and returning all dishes to their respective spots. Usually, turning on the dishwasher (not putting the dishes away) and emptying the trash is all that is required.

Great views and overall the place was great. The rooms stay very cool for sleeping and we spent every night watching the amazing sunsets. Living room was pretty warm the whole time.
