Stayed 1 night

The breakfast and dinners were rather expensive, which I guess you get in a hotel. I wouldn't call it a distinct dining room, as there is a small area with a bar, but we chose not to eat or drink there. We couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature in the air conditioner or how to use the microwave, when those are two simple things, but I did not call the front desk.

Terrible rooms and customer service! My room smelled of urine, the pull out bed had brown pee stains. The hotel hair dryer had a cockroach in the bag. I brought it to the attention of the front desk person. Later that day I received a receipt for a refund BUT it wasn’t to my credit card! I have made several attempts to contact a manager and have left several messages. Being that this is a Marriott Hotel I would expect better customer service. I had another stay at this hotel planned in two week and I have cancelled that reservation.
