Most of my questions for the staff were handled by email, and their responses were always prompt and polite. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I had no complaints at all. Despite being located in a busy downtown area, the hotel was quiet. Above all, the view from the rooftop was absolutely stunning. I can honestly say that staying at this hotel contributed greatly to the success of my business trip.

The property was modern, clean, and in a great location close to Plaka. We had not confirmed our arrival time details 2 days before, so there was no one at the desk when we arrived around 4 p.m. However, we used WiFi from the cafe next door and within a few minutes had our code to access the space. The rooftop gives a splendid view, which we enjoyed with some wine. I believe we stayed in unit 102, which had a bedroom separate from the living area with its sofa=bed couch. Great stay!

Property was a 5 minute walk to main shopping area and restaurants. The view from the rooftop was amazing and an added bonus. Apartment was clean and had 2 toilets, which was an added convenience.

This is an apartment building with no front desk or reception. So getting any help or communicating with property manager is not easy. cleaning service is not included you have to pay 30€ each time. Although it is located in the downtown area, taxi cannot come to the entrance. This is quite inconvenient and not easy with me baggage. No refills for tea, coffee, bags and milk. Apartment & its layout is nice. It has a balcony attached that is very good. Apartment was clean & linen & towels placed nicely. Bathrooms have radiators for keeping towels dry👍 I think if the property managers are more visible & available it would be much better experience for tourists.

Var i Athen en uke for å delta på en konferanse og denne leiligheten var helt perfekt! Midt i sentrum, men jeg ble ikke plaget av støy, akkurat passe stor, hadde alt jeg trengte av kjøkkenutstyr og baderomsartikler, samt strykejern og strykebrett. Deilig med egen stor balkong og tillegg tilgang til kjempefin takterrasse. Fikk rene håndklær ca annenhver dag og det ble vel støsugd en gang tror jeg. Enkel kommunikasjon i forveien og veldig kjekt med kodelås. Kunne ønsket meg påfyll av kaffekapsler (var kun to kapsler ved innsjekk, ble ikke etterfylt). Og kanskje et skift av sengetøy i løpet av uka. Men alt i alt strålende fornøyd!

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Wenige Schritte und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Das Appartement war für 3 Erwachsene ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend groß. Leider war die Duschkabine war leider nicht ganz dicht. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Aber das duschen war eine Freude. Angenehmer Duschstrahl und die Temperatur toll zu regeln Die Aussicht vom Dachbalkon war wunderschön. Das Appartement war sauber.

We stayed at the Hestia on Romvis 9 during the "heat dome" at the end of July 2023. We were so thankful that the room's air conditioning worked well. We actually had one room for my wife and I and one room for our college age son and daughter. The apartment is very convenient for sight seeing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to get to for our 3 days in Athens. We took a taxi from the airport here, but could have taken the metro. (Not sure if Metro had an elevator or just stairs for our bulky suitcases. Taxi was more convenient.) It's about a 10 minute walk from the Syntagma metro. There are a few Gregory's coffee shops nearby with yummy breakfast pastries - plus lots of small restaurants nearby. A stone's throw away is a vegan gelato place that has amazing "ice cream." And all of the main sites are within walking distance. Our luggage got lost for 2 days, and if it was to be delivered here, it would have been a challenge. If we weren't in, the delivery folks would have to call the reservation line who would call housekeeping to unlock the front door. We ended up going back to the Airport (via Metro) to get our luggage ourselves. I'd stay here again. The rooftop "terrace" has lovely views of Athens. Close to shopping, restaurants, and very walkable to the Acropolis, Plaka, etc.

I liked the fact that there were two toilets. What I didn't like at all was that the sofa bed was probably worse than sleeping on the floor. It was very uncomfortable and should be replaced if you are going to rent it for 3 or 4 people. The street below was also noisy, but the closed windows made it less so. The location of the hotel was ideal!

The situation at night with the bars makes it impossible to sleep. Also, the communication with the team was lacking. I called 3x prior to check-in to confirm the room was for 4 people and it still was not set up properly when we checked in.

Unannounced, 4 people entered the apartment for maintenance while ignoring us completely. They caused a big mess and dust all over the place we did not clean after themselves. This type of maintenance work should be conducted without paying guests being hosted in the apartment. Stay away!!!!!

Staff were great. The quality of the apartment was excellent. We have been in the same apartment in 2023. We can say that the quality has been maintained during this period. Unfortunately, the quality of the mattress in the bedroom was questionable. It was abnormally soft. Even if it's good quality, it needs to be replaced. Overall everything was excellent.

Stay away!! They conducted maintenance while we were in the apartment - noisy, dusty, rude and inconvenient. Just completely unprofessional conduct and unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Excelente estadia e estrutura. Localização privilegiada. Importante notar que: não entram carros na rua. As malas devem ser transportadas por 50/100 metros. Não há recepção. Importante saber que a entrada se dá por códigos. Certamente me hospedaria novamente.

Great location. Modern hotel with everything we needed. We loved the rooftop patio with a perfect view of the Acropolis. Located in the middle of Athens surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at the Hestia on Romvis 9 during the "heat dome" at the end of July 2023. We were so thankful that the room's air conditioning worked well. We actually had one room for my wife and I and one room for our college age son and daughter. The apartment is very convenient for sight seeing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to get to for our 3 days in Athens. We took a taxi from the airport here, but could have taken the metro. (Not sure if Metro had an elevator or just stairs for our bulky suitcases. Taxi was more convenient.) It's about a 10 minute walk from the Syntagma metro. There are a few Gregory's coffee shops nearby with yummy breakfast pastries - plus lots of small restaurants nearby. A stone's throw away is a vegan gelato place that has amazing "ice cream." And all of the main sites are within walking distance. Our luggage got lost for 2 days, and if it was to be delivered here, it would have been a challenge. If we weren't in, the delivery folks would have to call the reservation line who would call housekeeping to unlock the front door. We ended up going back to the Airport (via Metro) to get our luggage ourselves. I'd stay here again. The rooftop "terrace" has lovely views of Athens. Close to shopping, restaurants, and very walkable to the Acropolis, Plaka, etc.

The property was modern, clean, and in a great location close to Plaka. We had not confirmed our arrival time details 2 days before, so there was no one at the desk when we arrived around 4 p.m. However, we used WiFi from the cafe next door and within a few minutes had our code to access the space. The rooftop gives a splendid view, which we enjoyed with some wine. I believe we stayed in unit 102, which had a bedroom separate from the living area with its sofa=bed couch. Great stay!

Das Appartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Wenige Schritte und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Das Appartement war für 3 Erwachsene ausreichend groß und die Ausstattung zufriedenstellend. The location was convenient to walk around everywhere. The room was clean and nice. Coffee maker and coffee was nice touch. Check in was only draw back as instructions came late and had to go to restaurant to get WiFi access to get the codes. This took awhile. At least the WiFi password dat before would help since we flew overnight from USA. Overall very nice stay. Cleaning lady super nice and helpful!
