Early flight out from phx airport it was perfect location close to airport and seemed pretty safe. Saw others park car and take hotel shuttle to airport. I brought car but parked at airport terminal. For longer parking this maybe economic choice.

Easy one night stay. 24/7 check in. Blackout curtains in the room, much appreciated. Clean. Our room had a fridge and kitchen sink with cleaning supplies. Breakfast was a good spread: eggs, hashbrowns, ham, oatmeal, toast, waffle machine, Yogurt, lots of toppings. Gym was clean and pretty spacious. Good selection of freew weights! Cardio machines, a plyo box.

Disappointed that no shuttle service available after 11 PM. Had to arrange for my own ride to the hotel at almost midnight. Shuttle ride to the airport in the morning was fine. Friendly staff at this hotel.

Standard Home2Suites- very basic yet clean and comfortable. The shuttle didn’t pick us up from the airport as advertised. Upon arrival, we were told we had to take a train to a bus station to get picked up by the “airport” shuttle. So, we took a cab instead of dealing with another unknown, as we were severely sleep deprived and jet lagged from a long day of traveling. Otherwise, things were pretty standard as with other Home2Suites.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only concerns were the size of the pool towels, they were tiny, and the rug in our room had a lot of stains, it needed a good cleaning.

Hotel was very nice, excellent location, room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly, always greeted me with a smile and polite. The only negative was the microwave (door and rack) was dirty, most silverware was missing and there was dried up lettuce in the silverware drawer. I wasn’t cooking on this trip so I didn’t need a lot but I would have felt the need to clean and sanitize the entire kitchen if I was.

Staff was really nice, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, no noise from highway or airport. Complaint; room seemed really clean until we noticed the 1000 child fingerprints on the mirror that had not been cleaned. Started to wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. The carpet was beige but the stains were rediculous!!! A good spot remover could have made them at the least less nasty looking. They had turned blackish. Other than that, we would stay again but would make sure we got a good clean room. Was there for a funeral so a nice clean room would have made things a bit nicer

Room was really clean, very comfortable and new. I liked the suite set up. Bed very comfortable. Hotel was quiet, breakfast had a lot of good variety, parking was easy, rate was very reasonable. Location super convenient. Most of all, staff was super helpful and friendly, particularly the front desk. Very welcoming. Would stay here again for sure.

This was a great hotel. I’ll clean the new, they have a fully light blocking shape, which is nice for sleeping, fully functional kitchen, people are very nice. One of the nicest hotels we stayed at in a long time.

The room are nice but the room we got our bathroom door did not lock. It was a sliding door. It was a issues because we had the used the bathroom in the looby to get privacy. I reported but nothing was done. Breakfast was disappointing only thing good was there bagels and orange juice.

Room was really clean, very comfortable and new. I liked the suite set up. Bed very comfortable. Hotel was quiet, breakfast had a lot of good variety, parking was easy, rate was very reasonable. I loved the check-in staff, the shuttle from/to the airport, and the room was so quiet and clean. This hotel was really reliable and comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel. I will say though that I will not be coming back. I stayed with family and we had a rude interaction with what seemed to be one of the managers or lead staff the morning of check out. I assumed she was in a higher position because she did not wear the standard uniform. we had planned to leave early morning. As we put our bag in the car we entered through the main entrance to get breakfast before we left. As we were getting our food we noticed that the lady by the check in desk was eyeing us and staring a bit intensely. We tried to let it go but it made us uncomfortable. She then proceed to ask in a very interrogative and rude tone “how was the room last night.” My family member couldn’t see her right away as she was hiding behind the breakfast counters. 3 seconds later after not responding she then says in a harsh voice “I’m down here!” We were so taken a back from this interaction that we didn’t want to stay a moment longer. So we ate what little we had and then left. My family and I felt belittled and upset after we left the hotel that morning. We saw how friendly she greeted other guests with “good mornings” and smiles. We just didn’t understand why we got a different treatment. The lady was tall&blond color of hair.

The shuttle was quick. My room was perfect. Our flight was cancelled Thursday night. We got to the hotel Friday morning just in time for breakfast. Yay. A blond, tall woman asked if we checked in and told us we couldn’t have breakfast. I later found out she was the general manager. Very poor look! We paid for a night we didn’t use. Maybe find out the story first. Certainly not the way we wanted to be greeted!

At the start of the trip, I was irritated because they charged us $30 to check in before check-in time. I had never had that before. We were coming from a 24+ hour international flight and were quite tired. So we were either going to have to wait 2.5 hours or pay the fee. What a racket. But the front office staff was lovely and all was forgiven. The breakfast is just so-so but again the staff were friendly and helpful and kind.

Liked it was close, but not too close, to the airport. Staff very helpful. Great free breakfast. Easy to access different attractions, stores, hikes if you have a vehicle. Didn’t seem to be anywhere to walk around the hotel for a quiet walk.

We usually love to stay at Home 2 Suites by Hilton. This particular location was a disappointment in several ways. The breakfast selection was not all that great. The only "protein" option was boiled eggs. The greater portion of their selection is microwaved breakfast bowls and sandwiches that were ALL overcooked so its dry, hard and just gross to he honest. I have enjoyed their breakfast at other locations so it was a vug reason why I chose a home 2 suites for this trip and it honestly wasnt it here. I know they cant control the weather, so the 115 degree heat made the pool impossible to use. I tried opening one of their pool-side umbrellas to create a tad bit of shade tp atleast try and see if that would help, but someone came from inside and closed it. Just an opinion, they should consider putting up some sun covers of some kind to create a but of shade. Its Phoenix and the sun is merciless. Lastly, they shouldnt be allowong the staff to smoke right by the doors to enter the building. There was no way to avoid the smoke as we entered and exited the building by the door to the parking in the back right by our room.

Great place to spend a night. The room is fresh, clean and very inviting. I wish their breakfast had more dietary needs options. If you're diabetic or need food that is gluten or dairy free, you'll poetically have to eat outside.

We had a great stay with a comfortable king bed, fresh breakfast, and very attentive staff. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit & more which allowed for each of us to have a great breakfast to start the day.

Stephanie was amazing during breakfast. She accommodated our food requests and even catered to us by serving us. Stephanie made our bacon extra crispy and gave us our own plate of potatoes. She was exceptional!
