I liked the quiet room and the comfortable bed with plenty of towels and good water pressure. It’s safely located off the street and we did not have to worry about the things in our car. I did not like the dim lighting in the room and the fact that the air conditioner never did cool very well during the night. Also, the elevators and hallway smelled like bug spray. While the breakfast options were really good, some of the food was lukewarm.

Make sure you put Doniphan Circle on your GPS, bc if you dont the GPS will take you down Doniphan Rd to miles off to near Anthony NM. Place was relatively new, but inside there were a few chipped corners around the blue accent walls- not a problem for me though. The free breakfast was great and money saving: however; they usually served almost the same things every day I was there. There is a fitness room, pool, and a laundry room as well. Free wifi and computers are available with printers in the nice front office livingroom areas.

Comfortable, clean, and safe hotel. The microwave and mini-fridge came in handy. (Note the fridge does not have a freezer.) The exercise room was clean as well. It had cardio machines, a rack of dumbbells, a weight bench, and a couple BOSU things. A real plus is check-out at noon.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. This was my first time in El Paso and my stay here was perfect, friendly staff and a great room. The parking lot was a little odd though, the way it was designed, and the parking lot was always full so it was hard to park my car. Other than that, i would stay here again for my next visit!

We choose this hotel due to past positive experiences with Holiday IE plus the location was close to relatives. The room smelled of sewer off an on. I had to get an air freshener. On the second day, the elevator smelled of urine. I reported both to the front desk and I did not see or smell any improvement. The breakfast was not good. No fresh fruit (bananas, etc.) for both days. The refrigerator that had the yogurt was broken. The staff seemed uninterested and had no solutions. The plus was easy access to the highway and there were some good restaurants in the area.

The bathroom floor was not clean, there were long black hairs. The shower had no lip and the water splashed out all over the bathroom floor. It was a roll-in shower, but there was nothing to keep the water in. It was slippery, dangerous, and there weren't enough towels to soak it all up.

It was a great experience! We were able to check in early, and Alan was our first point of contact. He was awesome!! So friendly and informative and helpful!! He and Tarese checked in with us throughout our stay via text, which was so sweet! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor, and had very little noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved the pancake machine! We will definitely keep this place in mind the next time we come through town!

Everything was fine until we got in the room. The electric blinds were broken and didn't work. All of the usb plugs were broken. The clerk came up and attempted to fix them which took over 30 mins. He finally conceded to changing our room and giving us a 10% discount, which upon check out was a myth since he didn't leave any notes on our account. Won't stay there again based on the integrity of the staff.

Everything went well during my stay, there were only two things I’m not fully satisfied, first one is that you can hear all the noise from next room and second one is I haven’t received the refund for the payment they ask you to make when checkin in

No traffic lights to facilitate left hand turns onto very busy streets when trying to exit the property location. Otherwise, nicely managed, staff polite and helpful, and room amenities plentiful. Summer road construction made hotel location inconvenient.

Our room was perfectly comfortable from the air conditioning to the cleanliness. It was a pleasure walking into the room ams smelling that it was freshly cleaned. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location was easy to get to and from the interstate but not right on the interstate.

This property was very clean and inviting. We had a great time even though the pool was freezing so we couldn’t enjoy it for long. Definitely recommend! The warm cinnamon buns for breakfast were delicious!

The property was nice but we have some complaints we were annoyed that the TV’s weren’t smart tvs we were stuck watching local channels which was ok but we spent 4 days here and that got old real quick. The breakfast made up for that! Breakfast was so good! Especially the bacon.

We stayed at this hotel because our past experience with Holiday Inn Express in another location was great. But we were disappointed with this location. The room was fine. But the breakfast left alot to be desired. Rotten bananas on the buffet, one knife when we passed through, a butter blend instead of real butter and the egg options weren't great.
