We enjoyed our stay at the Bonneville Hot Springs Resort. Our second floor room was large, very clean and very quiet. The central atrium is amazing and the next time we come we will spend more time there. We did notice that the carpet in the south stairwell from the second floor was loose in spots and could pose a tripping hazard. My husband was not impressed with the coffee in the room. There was only one regular k cup, the others were either decaf or flavored. Still these were minor annoyances and don’t affect our willingness to return.

So my stats at Bonneville are always memorable. If I have a choice, this is generally my first pick. The hot tubs on the balconies of the suite have mineral water pumped into them, and I can’t get enough of it. The staff this time though was unbelievably helpful. I did not make my check in time, yet, when I was able to arrive they wasted no time getting me into my room so I could relax, from day staff, to night staff (especially so), to the wait staff, bartender, and even the cafe staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you everyone for my stay.

Check in lady was snippy and uninterested in smiling. Not the reception we’re used to at resorts. Said she’d text us when our room was ready- sat around and still at 5:40 hadn’t received a text. She said she was busy. Just overall turned us off to the place.
