This was our second time staying at this location. When we arrived to check in at about 3:30, apparently the computer system was down nationwide and they were unable to check us in through the system. The staff were so apologetic and nice. We were able to use the pool facilities while we waited and they held onto our luggage for us. We went out for dinner and the system came back on around 8PM. I know it was out of their control but they handled it really well considering. The hotel grounds were very clean, the double bed room feels like the most spacious we've stayed in, compared to other hotel chains. The breakfast had alot of options and the morning staff was so kind! We will stay here again when we come through the area.

Water pressure was low in the restroom sink and shower. Carts are too small for large luggage and hallways/elevators were not air conditioned

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with our stay. My wife was about to take a shower and then realized that we did not have any hot water. She had to get dressed and then we had wait for the front desk help to assess the issue. He then proceeded to check other rooms and realized some other ones did not have hot water. He finally found one that did not and then we had to pavk up all of stuff and move to the new room. At least the shower had hot water but the bathroom door was broken in this unit.
