Good stay, very clean and tidy. They didn’t offer any Do Not Disturb door hooks, but they did let us request no room service for our stay.. which was interesting but fine. Place also did not have an Iron or hair dryer. Also no pool.

Clean and still new feel to it. Room was wheelchair accessible and the was ample room. There is a microwave and refrigerator. The freezer section worked great! They had free coffee in lobby in mornings. They have 2 washers and 2 dryers, ice & vending machine. There's a place for dogs and a couple of cement tables/ benches. Located right off hwy. Fast food and Walmart in walking distance.

5 star rating for us. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Property had free parking. Loved the dog walking area. Room looked modern. Cleanliness could use a tiny touch of improvement. I would stay here again especially since it’s a pet friendly hotel.

I liked that this is a new hotel. Everything was clean and simple. It was difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot due to the busy highway and no center lane in front of hotel. This was a no frills hotel. No breakfast only coffee. No tissues to remove makeup. No seat in the accessible shower. No alarm clock.

The place was nasty. Pee stains on the toilet and around it. The floors were nasty my kids feet black immediately after walking on it. Moved furniture away from the wall after toddler dropping a toy and its was covered with crumbs and trash. Definitely will not be staying here again. Not to mention after checking my checking account I was charged another amount bc I didn’t add my husband staying with me and while standing there the lady said she would only charge 1/2 the price yet I was charged for full . I wouldn’t book here.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The beds were clean and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. The AC, mini-fridge, and microwave worked, and the TV was huge. It was also super quiet all night. Cons: The property was obviously new, but it hadn\'t been cleaned well or taken care of. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, and our feet got dirty when we walked barefoot in the room. The toilet seat was partially detached, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the bathroom doorknob had been taken apart. It wasn\'t the best, but you could do a lot worse. Before we checked in, a friend told us, "It\'s new, so it probably hasn\'t had time to get trashed yet," and that pretty much sums it up.

The sheets and towels smelled laundered, though there was a stain on one towel and a hair on one pillow case. Aside from that, the overall cleanliness was good. The surrounding area has tiny roaches that came in presumably through the door jam or AC unit and there was a small spider living near sink mirror; pesticide treatment needed on property. Given that this location is near the beach, a towel bar in the shower would be beneficial for wet swimsuits. The desk chair needs felt tips on the feet because an obscenely loud noise is created when sliding it (which the upstairs tenant repeatedly did late at night.... why?) Eco-flush toilet was a pleasant surprise. Television picture quality was outstanding. AC worked great to keep us cool while outside was 95+ degrees. Parking was very convenient - right at the door. Well kept property - no unsightly debris. Next to an electrical substation (for those concerned with that sort of thing). Service was great - the receptionist gave us a follow up call on the room phone to ensure the rewritten wi-fi code was working. Starbucks and McDonalds only a block away. Able to see Corpus Christi fireworks show from parking lot for 4th of July weekend.

The rooms were nicely updated and felt modern, which was a pleasant surprise. For the area, the price was fair and made it a decent value overall. That said, cleanliness could definitely be improved — there were stains on the walls towels. The biggest downside was how thin the walls were. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next to us, which made it hard to sleep. Not a bad stay, but probably wouldn’t be my first choice next time unless some improvements are made.

Just like I had read in reviews, this was the best Motel 6 that I've stayed in as well. The staff was amazing and checking in was easy. The room was clearly newer, very spacious & super clean, and included a nice mini fridge/microwave. The TV was big and don't even get me started on the bed. Omg, talk about one of the most comfortable king size beds ever!! I've stayed in luxury suites that didn't have beds nearly as comfortable. I will definitely go back! I highly recommended.

Hotel staff is nice. Room is big and clean. You will hear your neighbors. FYI no in room coffee or hair dryer. Shampoo packets are impossible to open. Pets are allowed and you are required to take them everytime you leave, but if you dont take them when you leave at 1am to go out, and they bark and howl, they won't do much about it. Tub is slippery ! Fell and hit my head. If you need an inexpensive place to stay , this is your place!

We got to the property and instantly notice the mold by the lights on the ceiling. Looks like poor updating as the light fixture had a hole next to it and the counter had markings on it from installation and dead bolt was backwards to turn. There was a hair on the towels thank goodness we brought our own. The worst part was we left from about 9 am to almost 5pm and when we came back the door was left open by the cleaning staff that we were told came in just after we left. We are very lucky nothing was taken or damaged. To me no matter how much you pay it is never acceptable for staff to leave your door open all day. We were not offered any discount or anything for their mistake. Will never stay here again

We have learned a valuable lesson, use Google view of the surrounding area. The photos of the property do not show the power sub station that was directly opposite our room. The room was updated, the floor could use a good mopping. And don’t forget to bring Clorox wipes to get all of the grossness off of the remote control. My only gripe would be being literally 10 feet away from the power substation. Why on earth would they build a hotel that close to one without a wall? Make sure if you do make a reservation, make sure they give you a room that’s opposite of the electrical substation. Also there are no blow dryers but there is a mini fridge and microwave.
