I was very upset..I booked this hotel because it has a pool...The pool heater was not working so they wouldn't let you use it..Front desk women on Saturday was not friendly and was talking to some man and I couldn't even ask her a question..

Room was very clean. we did notice that the bathroom light flickered, which i reported from day 1. never got fixed, Tuesday thru Sunday stay. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was always good. Wish i knew there was no elevator.

The hotel was very nice. It was easy to get to and the person at the desk was nice. The room was clean. They have a pool and fitness center. The breakfast was good too. It is a great place to stay close to Concord New Hampshire.

Beware**** Beware…. Beware….this hotel has a cockroach infestation. When I complained to the front desk, they were aware and said that they were dealing with the issue. They are selling these rooms knowing that there are different species of roaches all over the place! This is so wrong! I have pictures of 7-10 different bugs in our room alone. Do not stay here!

Nice and quiet. They were doing some remodeling so some things were a little out of place, but wasn't a big deal at all. The room had just been remodeled and was very nice. Quiet. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have coffee available 24/7. The rooms same clean and comfortable. The doors are rather thin so if there are people in the hallway speaking or the next room , you hear them.

Inquired late for a room and the attendant ask if I wanted first floor or second. I said first. He then processed my check in and gave me keys for the second floor. I asked why he gave me second floor. He replied we don't have any first floor rooms available. Lol. I replied why did you ask me then which I preferred? He said he didn't realize the first was all booked up. I replied, there are hardly any cars here. Anyway, he gave us our second floor room key and the room was hot and smelly. We asked to move rooms. He then gave us a first floor room , i kid you not! Lol So we unpacked and the we heard a knock at the door. We were told that the room was occupied. I said but there's nobody here and it's 11pm! They insisted the front desk guy was new and made a mistake. So moved again. The next morning at 10:57am exactly we got a phone call and he said, checkout is 11am. I thought i was in a dream lol! They should remake this hotel the Unquality Inn

Could not sleep the next room was noisy all night loud music and banging on the wall. I complained to the manager and they kept going with the noise. The manager said he will give a discount. I will never stay there again 😡😡😡

That is a nice place to stay if you have something going on in that area. In front of it has a gas station with a small market that you can grab your needs otherwise not much going on around it or you need wheels to get around. Otherwise it is a quiet and nice place with friendly staff. There is a free parking, pool, laundry machines paid $2.50 per load as of 03/27/2025, dryer for $0.25 and detergent dispenser (paid), breakfast included in the stay price. Walmart and many restaurants are 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel towards Concord direction. I hope this helps. Enioy your stay

The breakfast options were the minimum expected and the same both days we were there (scrambled eggs and sausage links in addition to the self-serve waffle makers, toast, yogurt, coffee and tea). However, the food was penitinul and available at 6:00 exactly as promised. The staff was very friendly and helpful

I needed to check in an hour early because of scheduling issues on my end. The man at the front desk, Vin, was extremely accommodating to my request. The room was very, very clean which to me is of the utmost importance. This particular Quality Inn should be the benchmark by which all other hotels in that particular chain should measured. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this location was because it was so affordable! The pool was great, breakfast every morning was great, and my husband loved being able to use the gym! The staff was wonderful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
