The staff was nice & the property was very well clean. I love kitchen inside your hotel room, pool, fitness room & very close to food shopping. Only con is the club on the weekend that takes up parking at night. Overall I recommend this hotel for stay.

Housekeeping never came and cleaned the room. Tiny trash can. No parking. The valet parking attendant was very rude. (The valet spots were close to the door. No reason to valet in those spots) Stated he was from the worst parts of NJ and that he parked “Lambos”. He suggested that our car was cheap and not worth anything. Which could not be further from the truth. Strangest conversation! He was rude and aggressive and was parking cars for the rooftop bar! He wanted us to park illegal in pep boys or Wendy’s and take a chance of being towed! We had 2 rooms that were over $400 a night. The front/back entrance was pretty, but totally infested with lantern bugs (dead & alive) The continental breakfast was amazing. The chefs were kind and accommodating. The food was good, tasty, pretty plates and fresh. That area was clean.

Over all our stay went well. The property should advertise that there is a night club on the roof, as most people don’t realize that until check in. We stayed in the middle of the week, the club closes at 11 pm on weeknights. We stayed on the third floor, we didn’t hear music or see much foot traffic from the club, but Friday & Saturday the club is open until 1 am. The room was clean, service was friendly!

Everything was perfect until friday & saturday rolled around. There is a club on the rooftop of the hotel and it goes until 1am. Music is LOUD. There are noise machines in every room which help but it was still an inconvenience.

Peloton hasn’t worked for over a month. Both bikes are stuck trying to update the software. Please fix since people book specifically to use the Pelotons.

The breakfast options were better than most places. All of the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is that although clean, some things are a bit run down. Our bathroom was a little leaky and the tile grout was definitely old and a little mildewed in spots. It’s normal wear and tear just unsightly in a hotel. That said the rooms are a fine size and also offer a kitchenette with a much larger than normal fridge, a cooktop, sink, dishwasher, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. There’s coin op laundry but they provide free detergent. The gym and pool area appeared to be well maintained. I didn’t use the area but the kids inside looked like they were having a lot of fun.

The Element is a good value for the price. Room are spacious with comfortable bed and an amazing shower. There is a very well stocked exercise room w nice equipment. . The free breakfast which includes made to order eggs, potatos and pancakes is fantastic. There are two down falls. I dn think the area is safe and they do not in force the no smoking policy.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom with our daughter. The couch in the room was disgusting and stained, the corridor had trash, the elevator had alcohol cans, and the food for breakfast certainly wasn’t what it was when it opened.

Spent two nights as family of five with three kids 12 and under as we were doing weekend trip to American Dream mall. Location was very convenient, room was very spacious with full size fridge, microwave, and pull out sofa bed for our youngest. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was solid as they had freshly made pancakes one day and crepes the other day in addition to usual fare. Will gladly stay there again if I’m in the area. Two thumbs up!

The bed was very uncomfortable which I told housekeeping and front desk. When returning to hotel I stopped at front desk to ask if they changed mattress they told me it was too late in the day for them to do anything knowing I told them that morning. We were getting dinner and drinks at the concourse club on site, coming from an hour away with bad rain predicted we decided to book a room. Front desk member who greeted and us and checked us in was very friendly and funny, sorry don’t remember his name! However majority of the light switches in the room didn’t work, and our toilet had issues flushing. In the morning I also realized that we had been given a standard king not the upgraded king that was booked, Expedia was helpful in getting me a credit to cover the difference of what I paid— room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Overall an ok stay, but disappointed in these inconveniences for the cost of the room. Have definitely stayed in better rooms for less.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We were a family of five, we had the suite with two queen beds and a pullout sofa. The sofabed springs were literally out and jabbing you everywhere. It was impossible to sleep on it. Front desk gave us two mattress pads and it did not help at all! The sofa cushions were stained so you couldn’t sleep in the sofa either. Other than the sofabed issues, the hotel was clean and up to date. Breakfast was amazing each morning with many options. Target, Trader Joes and Cost co are less than 20 min away. Hoboken about 35 min away. We would stay here again minus the sofabed.

Stayed 2 nights as it was close to American Dream mall, the suite was a little smaller than expected for 6 people and the pull out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. The kitchenette area was nice though.

The hotel itself was actually lovely, but we had a problem from the get-go with our room television. We were not able to stream or have any Internet connection. We were there two nights and the manager tried for a full day sitting in our room to reconnect even replaced the cable box still did not work. We also had crushed glass at the end of our bed and in our top of our bed covers, which got missed somehow by the housekeeping services, but when we asked for the room to be cleaned, they did an excellent job. They did accommodate us with a partial Refund which became a hassle until I got Hotels .com on the phone to actually call manager not something I enjoyed doing the breakfast was delicious and prepared by a chef who was very friendly. The staff itself was very friendly in general.

Great hotel - lovely decor. The hotel was very nice, nice decor. Great gym. The biggest complaint was we booked a room for 6 people and therefore needed to use the sofa bed. We had to go to the front desk to get bedding and extra towels to accommodate all of use which did not make us feel like we were expected. But even worse - that sofa bed! It was like sleeping directly on the springs. ouch!

The staff was very rude and I want to say displayed instances of being racist. The made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was a instance where our kids used the pool the night before and it reported to the morning crew that these 13yr old (4 of them) had a big party in the pool area. I went down the next morning to use the pool and it was being fumigated (according to the staff member she as told by the night crew that the kids had a huge party in the pool and there as hair strands and hair gel and a bunch of other debris in the pool) mind you these kids are BLACK with crew cuts. So he came we were unable to use the pool the following day. Prior to all of this I would’ve returned for a visit but the consensus would be a hard NO. I would not return.

The 2 major things that I didn’t like was for a 5 night stay we had housekeeping only once, the second day we were there which I thought was a little soon, I had to go ask for towels, so by the day we left the trash was piling up in our room of 4 people and also the A/C was not strong at all it was very hot. Breakfast was just ok. It was overall not bad and close to MetLife which is why we were there and close to Uber into the City for the rest of our time. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

Overall a great hotel for families especially with small children. The hotel is within minutes of the American Dream mall and New York. I enjoyed the mini kitchen in the room which is convenient for overnight feeds for my little one and washing bottles. The only thing I would have to complain about is how uncomfortable the beds are could definitely be softer but other than that it was great. There is convenient parking as well.

We went for Shakira's concert and had a great stay. Hotel is so close to American Dream Mall and Medieval Times. We ended up turning our stay into a mini-vacation.The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast had great choices and you could have freshly made eggs. We had an amazing family time at the pool. Rooms were spacious with kitchennete and sitting and dining areas. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for an extended weekend stay. The room was super spacious, we had a suite and it slept 3 comfortably. Close to Metlife stadium which was perfect since we attended a concert there. They are also pet friendly so my friend was able to bring her dog. I will definitely be back next time I go to Metlife.

I really loved my stay at Element. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The gym even has a Peloton bike. The breakfast was delicious. There’s even a latte machine. I loved that the showers were walk in made it easier to give baths to my toddlers. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located near many restaurants. There’s even a Wendy’s in the shared parking lot. Easy drive to the American Dream mall.

Fantastic hotel that far exceeded expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, cozy and a nice comfortable place to come home to after long days of seminars. Morning breakfast buffet is prob the best I’ve ever experienced with a chef who cooks up rotating specials daily. Hospitality was top notch. Would 100% book here again.

Great stay! If I’m ever in the area again I would strongly consider staying here again. Would have loved more breakfast options (scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.) but what was there was pretty good and the chef was awesome and enthusiastic!

Really well decorated and clean, enjoyed the cleanliness of the entire hotel. However, when we went to breakfast the next morning at 930 (breakfast ended at 10) literally everything was gone and the coffee was sludge. Otherwise, staff when we checked in were super nice and friendly. We thought our room was cozy and clean. I would stay again if in the area!

Beautiful hotel overall with modern contemporary design. It is truly a hidden gem in Woodbridge, NJ. It has an amazing rooftop bar with views of NYC. The ambience is upscale, the drinks are great and the menu looks good. My only disappointment was the breakfast it was not good and the choices were limited. I will definitely return for another stay.
