Rooms are modern and often spacious, but several guests report thin walls leading to noise, some firm beds, and occasional issues with TV streaming connectivity. Facilities feedback notes a small indoor pool with a few closures and accessibility limitations, plus intermittent hot water or plumbing problems. The parking lot was being redone and no prior notice was given to move our cars. In preparation for the resealing some trimming needed to be done. As soon as I found out I agreed to move my car. Supposedly due to the trimming dirt got on my car. So much dirt was on my car you couldn’t see the color of the hood and couldn’t see out the windshield. I refuse to believe this happened due to an overzealous trimming job. If they posted notices in the hallways & elevators. I would have quickly complied. Somehow they were surprised the staff wasn’t informed by upper management about the resealing. However it happened it was bad planning bad management and the childish vandalism to my car was in called for.

The hotel was very clean and staff helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small. Not much room for anything other than getting wet. Would be great for a handful of kids. Continental breakfast was very good. Many options to fill your belly.

The room was really nice! It was very clean! The person at the reservation desk was just awesome! The exercise room was well equipped. The pool was clean but so small. For small children it would be fine but for adults, it was way too small, almost insulting. Perhaps the establishment should consider adding a hot tub.

They made sure I had the room I requested online and didn't bump me to a different room. The roll in shower did have mold around the base and my neighbor's thought they were at a club, blasting their music Sunday morning. The walls are thin. The water turned cold while I was showering, but in less than a minute it turned warm again. The staff was very friendly and the gentleman that worked the front desk was very nice and hospitable. The older lady that handled breakfast offered me a gluten free option when I asked for a dairy free item. The hoist for the swimming pool was out of order and that's one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The police did patrol the parking lot in the evening.

The hotel pool was closed and wasnt informed until after check in. Was told it would be open the next day but wasnt. And consideting the only reason we booked the room was for sons birthday it was disappointing. Asked for adjoing rooms but wasnt given that. Breakfast was gross and was closing before the closing time. Overall bad experience we will never use this hotel again.

They did not eat breakfast there but what I seen when I went just to get a cup of coffee look like a very good morning breakfast just from an eye point of view the swimming pool is a quite small and the inside pool area is very hot. The pool is 4 feet. There’s no hot tub. There’s plenty of towels in the pool area. You do not need to bring yours from the hotel room and if you use the mini fridge in the room, make sure you either have it on freeze our fridge. I’d learn that.. the hard way my stuff froze $55 food … besides that it is super quiet. You can hear the main highway if you’ve paid attention to it, but I did not the town has everything you can think of besides a target people in the town are very nice. I don’t shop at Walmart, but I did stop at the Walmart and the prices were very reasonable for food. You will enjoy your stay there. I would highly recommend it.

Paper thin walls/ceiling. Unused white noise on my phone but I could still hear someone in the room beside me snoring. My 1st night the people above me partied all night long. At 4:30 am I could hear one of them gagging and puking. The next night a family with kids checked in. Sounded like a heard of elephants checked in as the kids constantly ran back and forth. Front desk told me they could move me to a different room. I had been there two nights already and was settled in. Why should I have to move when they just checked in? Such a great clean place but if your neighbor moves you’ll hear it.

I have stayed at the Marysville Fairfield Hotel many times. I have never complained abput the poor choices for their cable. But this time it was very poor. The 2 movie networks, Max and Netflix, would not "sync with the internet". I was there for 3 days and it would not sync. I told the front desk and they said it was an internet problem and could not fix it. I dont like wactching entertainment on my small laptop but had to because absolutely nothing on the channel choices. Fairfield needs to get better cable with more choices.

We had a reservation at this establishment for a baseball tournament. Due to weather the tournament was cancelled. We spoke with the front desk who stated they would issue a refund for the hotel stay since we were cancelling. Was later told that “they didn’t care what individual at the front desk said and we would not be getting our $ back”. Rude staff, took the phones off the lines, not answering calls, yelling at people on the phone. We stay with Fairfield Inn quite often; and honestly I think we will be avoiding them from now on because of this. They took our $200 and don’t care one bit that we didn’t stay at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and staff helpful and courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small. Not much room for anything other than getting wet. Would be great for a handful of kids. Continental breakfast was very good. Many options to fill your belly.

Everything about our experience from check in to check out was superior to other hotel stays! The continental breakfast was the best and the lady that was tending to the breakfast buffet was so kind and didn't rush us even though the ending breakfast time was near. For example, even though we arrived at 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast, she wasl restocking the bar to ensure fresh food. That is very impressive and differs from any other hotel breakfast bar.

We only stayed there two nights but found it convenient to the location we needed to be. We liked the breakfast options and hours. Will stay there again.

Spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing room. Staff was most friendly, helping, and welcoming. We played cards and drank 24-hour coffee and hot chocolate in comfortable lobby, while waiting for a friend. Free breakfast offered both hot and cold options. Would definitely stay here again!

We were unable to make the reservation & didn’t stay at the hotel. The staff member who responded to my message was polite & helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel for several years. Good breakfast, very nice staff, and conveniently located. However the reason why it did not receive a 5 star because it was not as clean in the hallways and stairwell as I would expect.

Clean room, good breakfast. Arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight and had zero issues checking in. Will stay again when in Marysville
