This hotel is in a good location and very clean. I gave it three stars because they only refresh the rooms every other day and don’t even come around with clean towels. The amenities are clean but the pool is very small and the gym has only a few pieces of equipment.

Great location near hospitals. Check-in was very efficient and valet came right away to park the car. However, the guest info said the pool was outdoors which was INCORRECT. There IS a heated indoor pool on the 3rd floor. I discovered it by trying to walk to the gym.

The room was well above average. Clean, modern, quite nice. The amenities are the reason for the lower score. Shampoo but no conditioner, internet was unusable. I did complain and get a code for premium internet but it was no better. The biggest flaw was the room service food. No clam chowder but it's on the menu as a permanent item, the girl advised it was not the soup of the day. Pizza was very greasy and the ample crumble was so cold it didn't even melt the ice cream. The gym is virtually non existent. Small light dumbbells but nowhere to use them. 2 treadmills and that's it. Great room, in you are only coming for one night or are not in the room much but the amenities are not great.

Lucretia was very helpful. Everyone else all were pretty muted. I love a good smile. Didn’t see any others with one. My towel had hair on it and there was some kind of dead bug in my shower. If there was a hairdryer, I couldn’t find it. It was just all OK. Provably won’t return.

You have to tell them at check in that you want your room cleaned each day? If you don’t ask, they won’t do it! At $451 day with parking, you would think that they’d give you some clean towels without having to call three times!

My family and I had a nice 4-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was brand new and our room was in perfect condition. The location was quite nice across the street from Brookline Village and the nearest T station. Service, however, could have been better. They missed cleaning our room and they didn’t come back until the next day only after I asked 4 times. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. They also took a long time to respond to requests like providing sheets for my baby’s bed, replenishing towels in the pool, fixing the heat and TV in the gym, etc. Despite the service deficiencies, I would definitely stay here again. Having a pool and a gym were huge pluses

Room was comfortable, we had an issue with the hotel as we repeatedly requested maid service and received it only twice in a 7 day stay. Front desk was very apologetic and friendly however I had to repeatedly call front desk for clean towels, removing room trash and beds to be changed. This put a damper on the stay and overall experience.

The hotel was meticulously clean and well-appointed. The concierge staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was beautiful. The one complaint we had was that the beds were PAINFULLY uncomfortable - the mattresses were lumpy and higher in the middle than on the sides - like sleeping on a sack of rocks. This is why we give this hotel 4 stars instead of 5.

I got one of my best sleeps in a long time. The room was super clean, new, spacious and comfortable. One of the nicest hotel bathrooms I've been in lately. The only problem was that the smoke detectors flash a green light every 15 seconds or so. I didn't notice it till I woke up at 4am and couldn't get back to sleep with the flashing light. I called the front desk and it sounded like this is a frequent complaint. They sent up a piece of painters tape to block the light. Other than that, all was good.

Everything was very good except a few things: the coffee maker didn't work, the room keys lost coding and didn't open the door, and $50 valet parking fee was charged by mistake. All the staff members were very polite and efficient. Thank you for providing us with the very comfortable stay. We'll stay there again when we vidit Boston.

Our stay here was very convenient to Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The hotel provided a shuttle between 7 am and 6:30 pm. . Our room was very big, cheery and well appointed. The only issue was the very loud HVAC system that sounded like a jet engine. Staff was very cordial and informative.

A mile walk to Fenway. A street away from the T. Comfortable beds. I called early in the week asking if an early Checkin was possible because we were going to the Red Sox game at 4pm. I was told that we could a note was put on both room bookings and I was told we were all set, just call when we’re on our way to let hotel know/remind them. She even said a txt would come thru to notify me when the room was ready. None of that happened, unfortunately we didn’t speak to the same person and who we got said we were third and fourth on the list. When we arrived, we even went in to check and she said there were no rooms available and there wouldn’t be any. It was just a little confusing, We just didn’t check in until after the game. Then my mom cut her toe on the door. It had something sharp on the bottom so when she opened it to leave the room, it caught her toe and left a slice in it. So that was great she’s crying and cut. I asked 3 staff members for bandaids or anything to help. The second time I went down to the front desk I brought a picture of how bad she was bleeding asking for more Band-Aids and they have no more ….they eventually found one gauze pad and one bandaid. We weren’t able to go to dinner bc it was that bad. So we decided to order food and stay in the room BUT Then her tv didn’t work in the room. Notified Silvia at the hotel she said she’d send someone up to look at the TV and by 10pm no one came so I told her nevermind.

The best part was the front desk staff who were friendly and upbeat. The location was convenient. Definitely save yourself some money by using the parking garage across the street as opposed to the valet. The room was pretty but smelled SO bad. I can’t explain it exactly but it smelled like sweat and mold. The only way to get respite from the smell was to keep the AC running full blast. Anytime the AC clicked off — immediate stench. We had already unpacked and settled in otherwise I would’ve requested a new room (we were in 805 if that helps you to avoid our catastrophe.) But honestly not sure the smell would be remedied with a new room? Seems to be in the vents! The bartender at the hotel restaurant needs to either get laid or find a new job. She was absolutely miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly. I hate to critique my fellow industry workers like that (I’ve been in service for 18 years,) but I think it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a bartender. I hesitate to call it an experience as I felt like my mere presence was an inconvenience to her. Really sorry to say that. Wish I had spent $418 for one night elsewhere.

Clean, newer facility with good rooms and a better than average restaurant. It's in a more residential area, so if you're visiting someone it's good, but it's not a particularly good locaiton for sightseeing. It's a five minute walk to a Green line tram stop.

Property was fine and clean. However, breakfast was horrible! It was probably the worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. Scrambled eggs were so old that turned green, sliced bread was individually wrapped, but that didn’t prevent it from drying out because it was at least a week old.

Terrible restaurant experience. Went to Dinner at 8. Took over 30 minutes to receive drinks and another over 30 minutes to receive oysters and “nachos”. The “nachos” were 3 tostadas nothing like the menu. Waiter also had the personality of a wall and made us uncomfortable.

We traveled to Boston for a surgical consult at Brigham and Women's Hospital. We stayed at the Hilton Brookline which is perfectly located being near many of the major hospitals in Boston, The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. They have valet parking and shuttles to the major hospitals. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which is very convenient as well as ala cart or breakfast buffet in the morning. It is a fantastic hotel.

This is a great place to stay. My sister was in Brigham and Women’s Hospital and it was just an 11 minute walk, just what was stated. It’s surrounded by trees and water and, of course, a city feeling; all in one. The restaurant right in the hotel is great; delicious. Just an all-around great place!

Breakfast at the punch bowl issues: Service was awful Food - the punch bowl restaurant -breakfast -we did not get what we ordered- ordered eggs with bacon AND sausage with WHITE toast… got eggs with bacon barely cooked NO sausage and some 7 grain bread- asked again for white toast - white toast came out after asking where the white toast was a few minutes later, THEN my toast had literally MOLD on it! We could not finish eating after seeing that and had a sick feeling in our stomachs for the rest of the day.. 2 1/2 hour ride home feeling sick from just the site GOD only knows what we consumed prior to seeing the mold on the 2nd piece of toast on the plate. they did comp our meal but that’s not the point! A Hilton Hotel should really be on top of this for what we pay and expect! Extremely unhappy!!! The rest of the staff and the hotel lived up to their name!
