The room was clean and comfortable but the shower was clogged and a little dirty. The elevator smelled like burnt hydronic fluid and made me really nervous. The pool was tiny in a tiny room where the chairs were soaked and the floor was flooded. Breakfast was ok. Very convenient to spooky nook and the front desk were very nice.

The hotel is new and modern, everything is spotless. The staff are amazing and there's a lot of dinning options and attractions around the area. I just didn't like that the breakfast was the same for the days we stayed, Holiday Inn usually varies the breakfast. Also, the pool area needs some sort of ventilation because the smell of chlorine is very potent.

The only two things I would like to mention or kind of silly, but it would’ve made a difference. If the water in the pool was heated it was way too cold you enjoy, and the plasticware for breakfast barely cut the sausage or the French toast.

The floor in the bathroom was dirty there was these pink and green sparkling stuff, the tub was not draining properly so when you were showering your feet were soaking in you dirty bath water, there was old body wash along the tiles in the shower, the carpet wasn't vacuum properly as i could see sediments in the carpet

Had one of the best breakfasts that I’ve ever had in a hotel. Plenty of choices of hot and cold foods. Plenty of healthy choices as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Noise levels were low and staff was friendly. Overall a pleasant stay. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Everything was good except people in 312/314 Thursday night. Ours was not the only complaint Friday morning & the desk person did say they’d check into it because were weren’t the only ones saying someth8g. New group are over the weekend so whoever was on floor 3&4 with young kids let them run, wrestle, scream very early a.m.

We were greeted by the manager while checking in. Very pleasant! The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The shower was more than adequate in size and ease of entry. The included breakfast was much better than other hotels. We were so pleased with our stay we actually promised the manager we'd be back.

This place was very close to Spooky Nook which was very convenient for us. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful and had good breakfast centrally located in the hotel lobby. Heather was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we requested a bed sheet change. I would recommend this hotel

The sheets were not clean, and 2nd day the comforter was thrown on the bed, not neatly. 1st night ran out of toilet paper! There were kids running up and down the hallways after 10pm, we were exhausted and found it annoying. The bed in the mobility accessible, my husband is a paraplegic, he was unable to transfer up onto the bed alone. Luckily my daughter was with us and helped him. We spoke to both the Supervisor and Manager, no apologies there! Supervisor just shrugged it off, Manager also not compassionate, he told my husband to write his congressman. What kind of an answer was that??? I requested a late check out because we had an early basketball game and wanted an extra 1 hour. The girl that evening said I had to ask the supervisor first thing in the morning, so I was down there at 7am and explained we wanted only an extra hour before and his answer was No. Really? Not a good way to treat customers
