Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk was very friendly. However, once we went to our room, we discovered that it wasn't cleaned, bedding rolled up, and the tv was blaring. Our arrival was after 8pm, so it's not like the housekeeper didn't have time to clean the room. When I went back downstairs and explained the situation, the employee was surprised and I heard her speak with a gentleman in the back room. I overheard him say that he cleaned all rooms on the third floor and 'unintelligible name' covered the second floor. (we were on the second floor) The employee apologized and told us we'd have to wait for the room to be cleaned. I requested we just get another room, and the employee obliged us with a room on the third floor. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a bumpy start, but nothing major since another room was available.

Placed looked ok we were just passing by on a work trip but after already booking the room we were told the transaction machine was broke and had to find another place. The staff was nice but such a inconvience.
