The only gripe is the traffic noise that was relatively loud outside the window. A main road runs by the hotel. I was still able to sleep, but was also dead tired. Might be a problem for light sleepers. The gym is mostly a cardio station. No resistance machines and few dumb bells that only go up to 45 lbs. Otherwise, would recommend this.

Excellent stay and clean. Breakfast was good. Only drawbacks were the USB outlets in the room had like fallen into the wall and were unusable, so I was unable to charge my watch and only one device at a time. The hotel does not have a shuttle to the airport, which is a bit odd. However, its walkable to the RCC if you are using the CTA Train. They also charge $20.00 per day for parking, so since I did not rent a car I didn't have an issue. However if I had a vehicle, that would actually be the reason in why I would not stay here-I got a great price but the parking would push it to the price of higher-end options. Without a vehicle, if you are using the Light Rail or Metra to get around the city, this hotel is great and an excellent value-Will stay here again if I have the same arrangement.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I would say the pool wasn't great. The gym has very basic equipment but was useable and clean. The breakfast was basic but good.

Room was not fully vaccummed, when I moved a table or ottoman there was dirt & crumbs on the carpet. Bathroom had stains on the walls that I was able to wipe off with a moist paper towel. Coat rack had an abundance of dirt & clumps of dust on top. When i requested the room to be cleaned when i step out, no one came. Had to make multiple requests & when someone finally came late in the afternoon they refused to come in the room because i mentioned I had a cough (only as a warning for the cleaning service to use extra precaution when cleaning) I was given towels & sheets at the door tho. Maybe an explanation to why the room couldn't of had been cleaned would help ease frustration during the stay, or a break down on cleaning policy if someone reports being sick (but i dont see a difference in precautions while cleaning rooms from guest to guest) Beds were clean & the visible areas were wiped down. Couldve been better.

It was lousy we had bed bugs we had no towels no elevator for the whole weekend I have a fibrillator my heart and I had to walk them stairs with a bad help because I fell so I know I did not enjoy it this weekend and we had called in that day because we was running late coming in from out of town and they could have told us that the elevator was out so I could have made the arrangement to go to another hotel so my experience at that location was not good at all

The area is close to restaurants, gas stations, the airport etc. which is convenient. Hotel Parking is $20 a day extra. The morning staff are extremely helpful. The evening male staff ignore guests or are bothered by them. The rooms are clean but the hallways are not. I bet they haven't seen a vacuum for months. Same debris on the floor between stays. I do not recommend staying on a Saturday as the resturant down stairs has a party which plays load music until 2:00am. Other than that the hotel is ok.

Overall it's good. The first time we stayed we had garbage in our ice bucket when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately. The second time the big light fixture in the corner was broken as well as part of the fridge. The pool area had a lot of gum stuck around on the floor. The lobby and room was clean and it was quiet for the most part. They also charge an extra $20 just to use the parking lot.

The location near O'Hare airport was great for picking up and dropping off at the airport. The breakfast bar was very well stocked with many options, including omelets, hot cinnamon rolls, cereals, oatmeal, and a great coffee machine. The room was clean, but you must request maid service if you want it reset. Parking is $20.00 a day on top of your room rate. Also, the TV in the room shows an option to cast from your device but it doesn't work which is a shame cause the TV channel selection was mediocre. I overheard another family asking about it at the desk, the same as I did. Suggestion to Holiday Inn: if you have a TV that offers casting from a device, install the equipment on the TV that will allow it. I dock hotel 1.5 for the parking fee and the inability to use an option that appears to be available. One more thing, it is near an interstate and our room faced this but it was barely audible especially if the room fan is turned on.

We missed our connection through ORD and found a room at Holiday Inn. Even though we got there very late staff was friendly and accommodating and gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Some freeway noise but I was able to sleep through it. Great experience in not ideal conditions

Hotel was clean. Our room has several issues. AC gave out 2nd day but they were able to fix it. Our refrigerator wasn’t working. They couldn’t switch our room due to being fully booked. Price was super high for hotel but due to local events in area and scarcity of accommodations nearby

The king room with a shower only was solid. The shower was the best part of the room and the room was clean and well-appointed. The one downfall of the room was having a light fixture outside of the window on the roof of the second floor that lit up and changed colors once it was dark. Also, if you want to go in and out of Chicago from here, I’d recommend renting a car rather than ride share apps or taxis.

We loved the place and the guy who checked us in on Sunday night! But on Monday morning, my husband went to the front desk to request one add'l bath towel and was told Housekeeping would bring it to the room. I called again about an hour later and was told same thing. It never came.

The room was clean and spacious. The only thing is when we are about to check in around 11:15pm, their system is down and we have to wait 40mins to be able to get to our room. Inconvenient since everyone is tired from the flight. The only thing they offer was drinks from the fridge.

Our flight was canceled at 2am and I booked a room before we arrived at the hotel. Online would only let me book for the next day with check in at 3. I explained it to the front desk clerk and he was very kind and understanding. He adjusted the check in so that we were able to check in and stay before we had to head back out to the airport first thing in the morning.

Staff is terrible and won’t respond for anything. Our phone was not working for our entire stay and they dint care to work on it. The staff won’t even smile at customers. Absolutely terrible staff including the lady who makes pancakes at the breakfast section.

Great value option close to O'Hare airport. The property is in excellent condition and very clean, and the room I had was comfortable. The free daily breakfast was good - not a huge spread but more than enough to get me going for the day. There is no shuttle service from the airport but note that you can take the O'Hare airport transit system from the terminals to the rental car centre, and walk a couple of blocks from there - it's flat all the way so easy to do with luggage. Overall I was very satisfied.

This is our third time staying here for a concert at Allstate Arena. We love it and will continue to come back! The venue is a short walking distance away, and there are great food options that are both walkable and drivable.

The best part of this hotel is you can get there from ORD by taking the terminal train to the multimodal center near parking and rental car places and then walk about 8 minutes to the hotel. You gotta cross four lanes without a cross walk, but it's doable, for the bold. Otherwise, the room, facilities, etc are fine.

Holiday inn express was our firstbchoice every time we travel. First few stays itbwas excellent but recently, the service has changed. The Front desk are busy doing other task while keeping the gueat waiting in line. The breakfast was different and they dont refill once food is done. Thats why i give it three points only

Attended a concert at the Allstate Arena. This location was very close, clean, and very friendly service. Only downfall was that breakfast ended at 9:00 (Monday). Wish it would be available a little later.

Great breakfast! Clean rooms. I wish they put trash can liners in the bathroom. I’d highly recommend. We didnt use the pool or other amenities because were mostly exploring places but but overall the hotel is clean and good value.

Except $20 per night parking fee I liked the hotel. Good breakfast but they ante not refilling the dishes after 9AM (weekend). So if you need to taste all food varieties come around 8AM.
