Selected this hotel because it was close to Midway airport and was good price for the area. Key card required to enter hallways with rooms. Overall felt safe in hotel. Would not stay here long but was comfortable for our 1 night. Could smell marijuana through out building.

Nice secure building. Much cleaner & nicer than expected for the price, as several other inexpensive hotels in the area are pretty rough. Full fridge, sink, microwave & a hot plate are nice features. Bedding was light/thin weight. No one stationed at front desk in evening arrival or the morning when leaving.

The room was horrible, they provided limited supplies; there was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. The walls were so thin that everything could be heard from within the room. No room service, nothing was clean inside the room. The sheets and blankets were thin and dirty. I also found a small cockroach crawling on my bed. We had to take out our own trash and the floors were literally black. The only good thing about this was the free parking. Even the staff was barely there when we needed to inquire about checking out. We will NOT be coming back

This hotel was new & very clean. I appreciated the elevator. The front desk closes, but there is a phone - so you can check in after hours. There’s a cook top, full sink & fridge in the unit, which would be nice for longer stays. Someone set off the smoke alarm one night & we all had to shuffle outside at 3am on a chilly night - not ideal with a 4mo old baby. Staff was friendly & it was lower priced than the ones less than a mile down Cicero in Bedford Park!

Mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Good rest :-) Coffee station only available for a specified time in the morning. I wish that was open, but I'm not complaining. Staff is friendly and helpful. Other guests are as well, so the clientele is a plus, reassuring for future stays. I will return.

The staff was very accommodating, allowing an early check in & providing animedities without question. The room was spacious and clean but the water pressure was low in the shower. The exercise room was nice & clean but the machine with weights didn't have proper attachments so that it could be used. Some of the hallways wasn't as clean as the rooms, it seemed that a fair share of locals stayed there who were sometimes noisy and of questionable character. Hotel staff received a noise complaint for my room & I was only watching TV which was not loud. Fire alarm went off one night, false alarm but was very annoying to say the least.

From the outside, this hotel seemed like a decent choice—but unfortunately, that impression quickly faded once I stepped inside. The experience left much to be desired. Let’s start with the basics: There was really no gym, which was disappointing considering it’s usually standard at most places. The pillows were bizarrely shaped, like bean bags & uncomfortably thin. Cleanliness was a serious issue. The walls, floors, blinds—everything—were visibly dirty, with what appeared to be dried liquid stains left behind. It felt like nothing had been wiped down in a while. The bathroom sink was clogged, causing water to back up & sit there & the shower floor felt unstable, almost like it would cave in. The water pressure in the shower was weak & extremely narrow, making it hard to get a proper rinse. No free toiletries were provided—not even the basics. To make matters worse, the front desk staff left after a certain time, so if you needed anything late at night, you were completely out of luck. The cherry on top? The fire alarm went off around 8 or 9 AM, blaring loudly & abruptly, with no warning. Now, for the very few positives: Key card access was required for all doors after the front desk closed, which added some sense of security. There was a microwave & fridge in the room, both of which worked fine. Free parking was available, which was appreciated. Moral of the story: Pay a little more & stay somewhere better. This place might look decent, but it was a serious letdown!!!!!

The floors were filthy. I walked around with socks and they were black after a few mins of walking around. I also noticed when I walked in shower the black marks on floor towel. Gross. Hallways are too noisy, not very good with sound proofing the doors. Awful time sleeping. Great parking. Nice area.

We arrived very late. Front desk is not open, had to use in house phone and “wake” up the attendant, took about 20 mins to check in. Upon getting into our room, we found roaches. Sent pics to hotels.com. Got an immediate refund. Only stayed for 2 hours as we couldn’t get in touch with front desk for new room etc

I walked barefoot in the room for 5 minutes and my feet were brown. The property is dirty everywhere. There are no sheets on the bed, just one fitted sheet and a blanket. It looks like a nice property however it’s just not taken care of at all. Decided to stay only one night.

Room had green "slime" on ceilings, stuff on backs of doors, greasy handprints on the walls, floor had change, dust and hair on it , so you know it wasn't cleaned well. Bathroom countertop had some substance on it - at least tpilet was clean. For a newish motel, very disappointed. It seemed to be a place people live in vs a motel. Will never stay there again..

Check in was wonderful. There was a kitchenette in the rooms, but no dishes to cook anything & No place to get ice. My first night, I was bitten by bed bugs. They switched my room and the second room had heat issues until maintenance reset the heater. No more issues after that. No discount for my issues or any apology.

My stay was NOT SO GOOD. I booked this particular hotel so that I could save money and cook my own food during my stay. To my dismay when I reached my room I saw right away that cookware NOR dishes were im. The room.. I called the front desk and was told that was not provided nor ironing boards or irons! This is the last time I will come here. I had to go to a local store and buy cookware and eating utensils plus plates. This was an inconvenient expense.

The staff on shift, was a young lady and she was very kind and accommodating. My first room was not so pleasant, and had some issues that I addressed. It was well lived in, and that’s all I will say. But once I addressed my concerns, she immediately changed my room to one that was much less lived in, clean, presentable and comfortable. I had no issues with creatures, unsavory people loitering, or noise. It was go one night for a funeral. For the price I paid, it was well and I have no complaints.

The stay was terrible. People standing outside the hotel smoking marijuana, barely got any sleep people above my room was very Noisy All night like they had kids running or jumping. It seems like this hotel allows people to live there. Pillows were terrible. Office was closed All day Saturday and Sunday. No customer service on Saturday and Sunday.

Our room was nice but had no extra toilet paper. Our one roll had enough for me to use twice. One tiny little 3 oz bottle of conditioned shampoo for 3 adults in our bathroom. No body wash at all. There is also no room service for anyone unless you are there for at least 14 days. I wouldn’t even want to touch a room that hasn’t been cleaned in 14 days. Are people actually living in this hotel? It was a weird stay and I probably won’t come back again unless they were to actually act like a hotel. At least I felt safe there.

★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The lobby was dirty and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. There’s no room cleaning at all — you have to throw away your own trash and request everything yourself. Towels must be exchanged at the front desk, and they only give you one roll of toilet paper for your whole stay. No shampoo, no hairdryer, nothing that you’d expect from a basic hotel. Overall, it felt more like staying in a rundown hostel than a proper hotel. I will never be coming back.

I thought the property was in an average area but there were people hanging out right outside the building that made me feel unsafe, especially at night. Not sure if they were guests or not but even guests inside this place made me feel unsafe. Also, there are limited amenities in the room. There was no hair dryer, no iron, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom and one bar of soap. The building and room were not too bad. This seemed like the type of place where locals leave/runaway from home and stay here. Needless to say, won't stay here again.

Check in was easy and quick! The hotel was clean but very noisy. The bed was not the most comfortable and we only had 1 small shampoo and 1 cleaning bar, so very limited toiletries. the surrounding area felt very unsafe.

Hotel was ok, however, there are areas for improvement. The room was not cleaned for the week I stayed, and they say they only do cleaning every 14 days. There were people living in the hotel, as there were carrying large amounts of groceries into the room. We were woken up by the fire alarm at 5 am one morning as someone burned the breakfast and the fire department was called. Saturday night was pretty loud with parties and people coming and going. The area is not the safest, although it was convenient for my purposes in town. On my last day there was one person causing trouble and harassing people going about their morning. Luckily, the police was called and he was taken away. Although the hotel worked for my purposes, I don't think I would stay again.

This was not my first choice of places to stay. Everything else was booked. It was clean, but had the bare minimum. Not even a coffee maker in the room. The fire alarm went off just as I was going to bed. Someone in the hall told me that was the 3rd time that week that this happened. I would not recommend this place. No where to eat and too far to walk to anywhere outside the hotel.
