This is great business stop by hotel. Staffs are always professional, facility is clean, and they even have evening social hour where guests can gather and talk! Their service is beyond my expectation and I think this is the one of the top business hotel I've been.

Great place to stay at. Staff are very easy to talk to and helpful. If there’s an issue with something, they would fix it as soon as they can. One thing I would like added if possible is to have a water bottle fountain filling station somewhere more accessible than the gym. Also, could you offer pork breakfast sausage for more variety. The pancake machine was amazing!

Check in was quick and easy. The entire property was very clean. Adorable outdoor area with fireplace and covered area with a table and gas grills. The room was clean and spacious. Nice complimentary breakfast with a pancake maker and other choices.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. Breakfast is warm and clean as well. Free parking too but it gets packed as hell, they need to monitor the cars more to make sure they’re all people staying there. I’d definitely stay here again, staff is nice and straight to the point and fast. Hotel cleaners are great and friendly too. 9/10 stay!

Asked for room to be cleaned at check-in. Stayed five nights. Room was not cleaned once. Trash emptied only, not what i would expect with this chain for the price. Pool was unavailable throughout the stay. I stay at Staybridge suites a lot, won't be coming back to this one.

Nice location, large clean rooms, pretty quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. The area appeared to be very safe but this hotel offers limited amenities for a $100 plus a night stay. The pool was not open during our stay unfortunately.

The facility is new, all the amenity and equipment are shiny and well maintained. There was no trash or debris on the parking lot, lobby, or the hall. Room was clean, sheets were soft, and kitchenwares were nice and clean. Beside of water pressure in the shower wasn't as strong as i wanted, this is probably the best hotel in the area to stay. Not to mention getting small but thoughtful welcome bag was pleasant surprises.

This is not a reflection on anyone that I spoke to or the actual appearance of the building. The issue we came across is when shutting the bathroom door. There was a half inch to a 3/4-in gap in it that ran all the way up and down on the door handle side. So there really was no privacy which don't give it wrong. We can avoid it but still it was not what you expect when you rent a room for a night. They said they would send someone up to look at it and they informed me it would be the next day before anyone could fix it, which does us no good since we were only staying the night. Overall we enjoyed our trip but just was hoping that could get fixed while we were there.

What an amazing experience! I chose this location because of the positive reviews. I needed a quiet getaway to rest and regain strength and energy. The Staybridge did not disappoint. I arrived early and Abby at the front desk was so kind to accommodate me. She had me set up in no time. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is top shelf - fresh fruit, hot options, cereal, bagels, etc. The room was quiet and clean. When you walk into the hotel you are greeted with a fresh clean aroma that permeates the environment. There are several eateries in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was ok. I was there for a dance competition for my daughter. The iron had some sticky black stuff on it and burnt my daughter's jacket. The front desk staff was apologetic, but I notified the manager and they refused to do anything about it. Not even apologize. I even submitted photos on the iron and the damaged clothing item. I will never stay there again.

The outside environment was quiet and relaxing, so I thought I would have a peaceful night’s rest. Unfortunately, a group of guests were partying loudly well past 2 a.m., and the poor soundproofing made the noise even worse, making it impossible to sleep. I tried calling the front desk several times to report the noise, but no one answered. I then went down to the front desk in person, only to find it completely unattended. Eventually, I located a staff member in their office. They told me I wasn’t supposed to come into the office to find them… Anyway, the loud party continued late into the night. The staff we met was not responsive.

We try to check in at 3:00 on our reservation date. The room wasn’t ready and the response of the front desk was unprofessional. They didn’t know why was all the answer I got. I had my infant granddaughter in the car with my 80 year old mom. We had been traveling and they needed some down time. I booked this hotel because their check in was at 3 verses 4 like most hotel. But it didn’t work that way. Maybe your luck would be better than mine.

Checked in late night. Room’s carpet floor looked like clean but found it dirty. Bath room smelled bad. Found in the morning that the hotel manager double charged on my credit card. This was my second stay and also double charged for the second time.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet! I forgot her name but we were there on 9/16/25. They make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met! Hands down will stay again! And it’s so close to the arena as well! Room was spacious and super clean!

Pretty clean hotel no complaints about that however our tv wouldn’t stay on it kept going off . We tried everything and couldn’t get it to work properly. Also the hotel was located further out from downtown Atlanta. We thought we were closer but wasn’t at all. Otherwise pretty good stay for the price.

Amazing!! It was clean and updated. Front desk staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. I asked if they had disposable plates that I could use to bring the breakfast to my room, and they told me to feel free and take the regular dinner plate to my room. They’ll take care of the rest. I placed it in the dishwasher for them but the overall convenience of my stay was very smooth and well done.

Again it was a great stay. Even though we only stayed one night. We were there for the Tobymac concert and it was awesome praise God. This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just the way we remembered from last time. Clean, friendly and fast service. If I had anything to say it would be that we did miss the waffle maker. But the pancake machine was interesting and fun to try. Definitely will be back if we are in the area again for travel.

I really like the room is was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only issue we had during our stay was the breakfast. It could improve their offerings and provide a variety of options other than just ham and eggs. Also the juice and pastries ran out and were not replenish in time.
