I walked in to check in … no one to be found at the front desk while I waited at least 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The pool was closed which was one of the only reasons we stayed here was for the pool and then when we asked for sheets for the pull out couch, and again when we asked for more towels. she acted like it was inconvenience whenever our room supposed to sleep 6 people. Will definitely not stay here again.

Upon check in by a very lovely lady, I was advised there were no coffee pots in the rooms per a new Best Western policy. I stated "If I had known that, I would not be staying here"....the checkin lady was very accomodating and sought out a coffee pot and pods that I could take to my room. The staff was very lovely and very professional. The property is showing wear and tear unfortunately. Options are not great in Chickasha and I hope the property gets updated before my next stay. If Best Western has decided that a huge coffee maker in the lobby in more efficient than in room coffee service, someone is seriously nuts. I am not staying at a hotel and paying $150+ a night to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting for everyone to figure out how to use the coffee maker that "everyone loves"...bullcrap...

We booked the biggest room last minute and did not regret it! It slept 6 people very well. 2 queens and a pull out with room to spare for moving around. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast served both hot and cold every morning. From the road to the room was clean. You can tell the staff take pride in their work because anything we needed they were happy to help, never a bother. If I did have to complain about something the one of the queen beds was slightly lumpy. It also could have been just not our cup of tea kind of mattress. The location was perfect for us because we don’t like to be right in the middle of town by also like to be close enough for last minute errands or food. So this place was perfect. My son and son in-law utilized the gym. They said it was clean and used it just about every night. We did not use the pool. Mainly because we just don’t use public pools. But it did look clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely put it in our maps of places to stay.

I wish the rooms didn't have carpet, it feels less sanitary. Room was nice and big, enjoyed the space. I had a queen suite. They told me the pool was heated but it didn't feel heated!! No hot tub. Shower was nice, bathroom was roomy. Pool towels are the size of a wash cloth. Overall, four stars.

The exterior and interior of the hotel is inviting and nice, the breakfast is better than most hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable except for the leftover fruit pits behind the pull out bed, side table, and beside the mini fridge. The bathroom tub was not wiped down and was a home to some body hair (possibly private areas) which left a lasting impression upon us. I was thoroughly appalled at the lack of cleaning care as both cherry pits and body hair are sources of human waste and really disturbing to discover especially for how much we paid for the suite. I noticed the pits walking through the room so I’m puzzled as to how the cleaning service missed the copious amount of fruit pits- the hair was on the rim of the bathtub and also quite noticeable. These discoveries overshadow anything else about our stay- so if you stay here, check for human waste, old food, and pubic hair.

Well, our room reservation said we reserved a 2, queen bed room. I could almost bet they were doubles instead.. The room wasn't clean. The chair in the room was gross, wouldn't let my kids sit in it. There was a gross dirty streak of some sort across our carpet. And you could feel the springs in the mattress... all... night... The breakfast was average. Really good. The electrical plugs in the room were worn out. Our phone chargers would fall out. Or you had to move them and plug them in just right to work.

Super handy place to stay if you’re at the ball fields or an event at the fairgrounds. I happened to have a kid competing at each and it is right in between the two. The unfortunate part was after I’d been out in 100 degree heat all day the ac in our room wasn’t cool. It’s preprogrammed to not allow u to adjust below 65, that was the hottest 65 I’ve ever felt! More like 75-80 I’d say. Called the front desk and asked them to adjust it so I could lower the temp, they said they couldn’t, which I know they can. Then asked for a fan to help cool off, never got it. Also our room had no tv remote, asked for one of those and never received it either. So, if you like a convenient location but to be hot and not watch tv, this is the perfect place! Front desk offered nothing at all for the inconvenience of sweating all night and not being able to watch tv.
