Affordable hotel and reasonably close to Athens city center. Walkable to Plaka/Monasteraki areas. Difficult to find from the street and lots of graffiti/ more of an urban area but never felt unsafe. Though I was notified of contactless check-in, I didn’t realize there weren’t actually ANY staff on site, and you only receive door and room codes by communication via WhatsApp so that was slightly inconvenient as someone who doesn’t regularly use WhatsApp. Once I was able to connect, excellent communication with the staff and no issues. On a positive note, there is an elevator!

The location was central and handy for Omonia metro. My room was clean , modern with a nice balcony and effective unobtrusive air con. The bed was comfortable, towels and bedding were changed daily. All staff were helpful and pleasant However, this hotel was more air b and b than luxury boutique hotel i.e impersonal check-in after 9pm, reception unmanned between 9pm and 7am, no bar, no residents' lounge,no restaurant,no breakfast on offer'

Stayed for a night but it was a great stay. Room was spacious and clean. The staff was exceptional, especially Chris (?) who assisted with my check-in. If I hadn’t already booked my stay at another hotel months before, I would have stayed here for the whole of my trip in Athens. Location is doable if you are an avid walker. The stay is 10 minutes from the closest station, Omonia, and approximately 30 minutes to Lycabettus Hill.

The hotel was nice and well situated with a short walk into the main parts of Athens or to a metro station. Nice options for coffee and croissants nearby. I was caught up in some sort of protest one night and locals informed me this was an area known for scuffles, although generally I felt safe. The hotel is self checkin and no one is there. Which is fine if there are no issues. They provided some links to local tours. Communication was generally good - although I received messages via WhatsApp from two separate business accounts which was a bit confusing especially when they seemed to have different checkout dates - one WhatsApp was hotel specific and the other seemed to be from a more central account as maybe they operate several hotels?? This meant slightly more leg work for me and I wonder if some improved coordination would be more ideal. That said the communication was very good - with various resources sent and I found that hugely helpful. One message referenced a video to locate the hotel, but there was no obvious link to a video that I received across either account. The hotel was still easily found on google maps that said. I did have a situation where it seemed someone was trying to enter my room with the passcode - but I’m unsure if that was an error of the hotel or the visitor. The hotel was otherwise nice and clean, well kept, quiet and comfortable and I would stay again.

Very quaint hotel just off the main street. Staff was very approachable and offered to help with recommendations around town! The size of the room bigger than expected with a large balcony (but then again, I think I was upgraded from the room I booked). A stone's throw from the metro, cafes / bars and supermarkets. Parking despite not being onsite is also nearer than expected if you know the shortcut through the arcade beside the hotel.

Nice little room with minimal facilities. All comms is via WhatsApp, with keycodes etc. No face-to-face contact. Has kettle and coffee pod maker and fridge with cups and cutlery, but no sink or dishes. A small amount of noise leaks in, but given the neighbourhood it was very very quiet.

Another couple staying there at the same tkme had had their roomdoor open unexpectedly during the night, scaring them. I heard them mention it to the staff and the staff did not take them seriously and only offered poor excuses. This eroded my trust in the staff as well.

I stayed in Athens relatively recently for a short 4 day break. The staff were very friendly and eager to make suggestions on restaurants and give directions to various sites. They offer 13 euro breakfast vouchers to a nearby cafe ( as the restaurant does not offer breakfast itself). Whilst the menu was a little limited, the food was very nice! The room was relatively comfortable, made all the better by having access to Netlfix, with a complementary tea, coffee and dry white wine! There are only two minor negativethings that are worth mentioning. There were two drains in the bathroom ( as its a wet room) that did smell occasionally. However closing the door solved that. When I came back into the hotel after walking round Athens, you could smell the cleaning products and air freshener in tue btrhroom, so they are trying to combat tue smell, it seems. The other thing is that you could hear noise from outside i.e. people talking, even when the balcony sliding door and windows were shut. This wasn’t a big issue for me as I had the TV on which drowned most of it out, but people may want to bring earplugs just in case. Aside from those two minor things, the hotel was very nice and relatively central to Athens. I’d recommend anyone to stay here

Badkamer en kamer in perfecte staat en proper, terras was groot en zeker een meerwaarde. Kamer werd iedere dag gepoetst. Every morning we got woken up by loud noises of people screaming in the hallway and downstairs. Not soundproof at all. Also the area is extremely noisy on Friday and Saturday you could hear clubbing noise from outside. We barely had any sleep on the trip. The rooms are quite dusty and the extra bed is extremely uncomfortable.

overall, I had a great experience. The room was clean and the location was convenient. However, I did have one issue during my stay. My room was located at the end of the unit, connected to what seemed to be a bar or club. While I couldn’t hear the music directly, I could feel the bass vibrations throughout the night until early morning, which made it difficult to fully relax and get a good night’s sleep. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to vibrations, you might want to check your room location when booking. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is near the heart of the city, north of the Acropolis. It is city living. I didn't feel nervous at all. (I am a guy, but women were walking around a lot as well). The location has super places to eat - the sorts of places locals go. There is great, local night life in all sorts of little 'bars' with music or DJs., lights in trees, conversations, eating and drinking. Some of them are tucked into the smallest of spaces but, overall, the vibe and patrons are wonderfully varied both in terms of style and age; visitors and locals.

It was a nice stay, me with my two teenagers. Never felt unsafe, quite demotic surroundings but kind people. Lots of night life, pubs and restaurants in minutes by walk. Short walk to Omonia metro station. No breakfast served, but kettle and nepresso in the room!

Fijne accomodatie, midden in de anarchistische wijk Exarcheia. Steeds een veilig gevoel gehad. Metro (omonia) op 5 min. wandelen van hotel. De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand . Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gelogeerd in een mooie, ruime en propere kamer. Het is wel sterk aan te bevelen om een kamer te reserveren aan de achterkant van het hotel wegens de luide muziek van de bars aan de straatkant, zeker in het weekend. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden.

The hotel is very comfortable and new. The staff, overall Giorgia, was polite and informative and friendly. The position in the tows is very conveniente and close to many attractions ( the national archeological museum. Piazza Syntagma, and in half hour the acropolis). The only negative is the surrounds that at the first impact is negative with many stores closed and a lot of graffiti in the walls but after a day we discover that the area is full of bars and restaurants, supermarket open till late giving another feeling, full of people and local. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it.

The hotel is close to the metro station and a street with many good restaurants which makes it convenient for food and travel. One downside about the hotel is that it's an area with a lot of graffiti and bars. We only needed a room for the night, as we arrived in Athens in the evening and left early the next morning- so I don’t think we fully experienced the possibilities this site offered. The staff was remote, but communicated very well and offered to help in any way. So, no criticism of them at all! Honestly, it is a nice hotel. There were a few instances where people were noisy and the sound echoed. But the main reason I didn’t give it a 5⭐️ review is that the AC was either freezing cold blowing on me, or cycling off and it getting hot. Not a dealbreaker- We also had a hard time finding a place to eat nearby later on a Friday night that could accommodate my fish/seafood allergy and my niece’s vegetarian diet. Lots of seafood/sushi places😊. And plenty of places to get a drink, but fewer options for a meal that worked for us. So, perhaps our experience wouldn’t be typical. Maybe 4.5⭐️ I would consider staying again. I liked the fact they had live plants.

Lovely, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. A convenient location for all the sights around Athens. Although there is a lot of graffiti in the area, the nearby restaurants were excellent. One small suggestion for the hotel: on the day we left to fly out of Athens (17th April 2024), there was a transport strike with no Metro, limited buses, and no taxis. Fortunately, we managed to make it to the airport; however, a heads-up from the hotel and advice for making alternative arrangements would be helpful for future visitors.
