The hotel is new and in great condition. The room acoustics suck big time. We had a family in the room above us that sounded like a marching band. Staff tried to get them to quiet down, but it was not their fault. They were walking normally but sounded like stomping (3 nights ). Even the front desk could hear them while on the phone with me.

We stayed for 3 nights. On our first night the AC is not working. I love how the staff work above and beyond. Right away they moved us from another room. The breakfast lady is super friendly and engaging. I love how she's on the ball and had control with everything in the kitchen. You can tell right away that she loves her job. On our last day we gave her a tip. Not that much but just a way of telling her that we greatly appreciate her. Would be staying again.
