We came from Wisconsin, which is 50°, couldn’t use the pool cause it wasn’t open, we were very disappointed, girl at the desk said it was a law that pools couldn’t open until after memorial Day. We are at Hyatt House in Atlanta now and their pool is operational and at 94°?

Highly recommend this hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the clean, nice, modern facility to the yummy breakfast, comfy beds. And great pool. This hotel should be the set precendent for all other hotels. 5/5 stars from us. If we are ever in the area we will stay here again.

Had a good nights sleep. The only thing is desk clerk didn't know you had EV chargers. There were only 2 but we got one of them the other was taken by a non EV car. We also had a dog wanted to bring in side door to keep her out of the lobby but doo was not working'

I am an avid 4/5 star hotel goer and even then I always arrive with my own linens, towels and cleaning supplies. When I got to our room it looked clean but still, I wiped down the bed frames and furniture. I noticed there wasn’t any dust or dirt on the cloth and it was just as clean as before I used it. I was literally shocked. I moved on to clean the bathroom but even it was already in top shape. Still, I wiped everything down using a white cloth and there was literally nothing on the rag. This hotel was cleaner than many of the 4 AND 5 star hotels I visited . The salt water pool was very clean, no nasty looking film floating on the surface, the chairs were in good shape and there was even a lounge area with a modern fire pit. The staff was professional, courteous and attentive. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of options, and there was something for everyone including pancakes, cereals, breads, muffins, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, juices, tea, and coffee. I am simply blown away at our experience considering this is a “3 star” hotel. I chose this location because of the great reviews and location and it did not disappoint. Thank you La Quinta for contributing to an awesome experience for our family!

New facility. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Adequate, well lit parking lot. Decor was bordering on garish with some bizarre car racing theme. Room lighting barely adequate. Bathroom lighting brightness felt like a movie set. Mattress was adequate. I could get used to it. No safety concerns at all. Reasonable value, especially if you eat a big breakfast.

The toilet seat in the bathroom was dirty. When I ask the front desk for another room they didn’t have another room with a king size bed. They also didn’t have house cleaning available after 4pm therefore no one to clean the bathroom. Unacceptable.

Exceptionally clean hotel, best smelling place I have stayed in, in a long time. Love the free breakfast in the morning that isn’t just a muffin and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, lobby is beautiful and clean.The bed was very comfortable but the pillows are not. They seem like they’re fluffy until you lay on them a While then they’re dense and hard. Overall the room was clean but there were cobwebs from the top of the floor lamp to the corner of the wall. The products are good, but my shampoo bottle was empty.

I have stayed at several Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons, Westins, etc. etc. and this is my favorite hotel by far. Service is always wonderful, the rooms are beyond spotless, and the staff goes out of their way to be polite and accommodating. I work in motorsport and come up to Braselton often and always stay here when it's available.

This property has a wonderful staff. The breakfast guy goes around making sure everyone is satisfied. The rooms are super clean, and I got there when they had just finished the A/C cleaning. There is only one thing that avoids this property to the excellent. The pressure of the water on the shower is not strong as I wish. All the rest makes the stay a great experience.

Checkin was quick and easy (I had a pet and there was no way to indicate that when making a reservation). They did have to come up to my room to have me sign more papers once they knew I had a dog. You need a headlamp if you lose anything. The lighting is MINIMAL at best. Perhaps I couldn’t find the right switch but there were no overhead lights. Two lights on either side of the bed and one desk light. At one point I lost my car key and struggled to see the whole room while I searched. The bed was squeaky! It was just me and my dog so it didn’t bother anyone but me but let me say that had I been with my husband, we’d have irritated each other each time we moved! Thin walls! We were here while the courageous and dedicated lineman were helping with the hurricane cleanup and they get up EARLY! There was no sleeping in. These guys were not noisy but you can hear every door opening and closing. We were up at 5:30. Shower was hot. Flores were laminate which felt nice and clean. Bed was comfortable (despite being squeaky!!!) Parking is limited but given the area is not fully developed it easily accommodated my truck and horse trailer. Some soundproofing and a few teaks and this will be a nice hotel.

The hotel, room and grounds were all clean and in excellent shape. The staff was helpful and courteous. But, I will say, the bed was not up to the standards one would expect from a Wyndham property. It was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've had to sleep in, in quiet some time. Other than that, excellent

I had requested lowest floor possible as my wife was having trouble walking and is scared of elevators. When I notices we had been given a room on the 4th floor (highest possible) I asked the clerk for a lower floor room. She said there were none--and them proceded to assign the next two couples to lower floors even before we left the lobby. Once in the room, the Wifi was not working. I went down to the desk and spoke with the Manager who said it had not been working since the day before. When asked when it would be fixed he said they were not going to call in the repair person until the next day. I could not believe that a few bucks to call in someone to fix the wifi was more important that client service for two days. After my complaint, the wifi was fixed later that day but should not have to complain to get an advertised service repaire in less than 48 hours.

Wonderful! This hotel is VERY clean and quiet with a staff that went above and beyond what I consider to be standard customer service. Manager Sonia and her entire staff truly went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. As someone who has traveled frequently throughout my career, I'm quite familiar with the standard hotel experience and am still impressed with the level of service we received.

The property was new and clean. The only issue was that one of the two computers used for check in was down and only one employee could check customers in and assign rooms. This caused quite a delay. Everything else was a 4 or a 5 star experience. Would definitely stay there again.

The locked in our rental car and we where up until 4am trying to get some one there to unlock it, the staff was so caring and concerned and the property manager said he would leave the keys at the counter for us if we wanted to just go up and sleep. We would stay here again no question ❤️

I enjoyed the customer service above anything else. Everyone was so polite, friendly, accommodating and helpful. My room was clean, and spacious. The daily breakfast was good. The property was clean. Every guest that I bumped into was also friendly. I came in town to attend a wedding and I had to make some snacks for a grazing table. We decided to do charcuterie cups, but needed a space to complete the task. The staff was so helpful. They offered me a clean space, gloves, and a few other things. They went above and beyond and many areas. I would stay here again.

Our stay was fine. Here's what's not fine: We were there from out of town for a family wedding. The groom and his best man tried to drop off welcome bags in the afternoon before we checked in but was told by the front desk that we had no reservation. The employee refused to double check and refused to accept the bags. Unfortunately we didn't know about this until after we checked out. Thanks a lot.

Great stay. Brand new property in great condition and clean. Close to the interstate with ample parking. Staff was friendly. My only gripe was during breakfast time. Ends at 10am and that's fair. Got there @ 930am and got something to eat. @ 10:01 I went to get some juice and they told me "no they were closed @ 10" and shut the doors in my face. I understand the hours but why the hard cutoff? Several people there still wanted to get something. If you want to close the doors @ 10 at least give people some warning. Like have the front desk warn people as they check in that you're going to close the doors in their face right @ 10. Or, or, and I know this seems radical. Have your staff walk around and ask the last remaining tables of people if they want anything (maybe 10 minutes beforehand) because you're going to close the doors in their face right @ 10 if they don't come and get it now. Even bars have "last call".

This hotel is immaculately, clean and very nice. It was very convenient for me and my work the next day being only 13 minutes from my destination. I don’t eat breakfast, but the breakfast buffet looked amazing for what is considered to be more of a continental breakfast. Included hot, cold and many choices.

The hotel is very neat and the receptionist who checked me in and the manager were so nice , friendly and polite, they make us so comfortable however the breakfast was nothing to write about. D Eggs has no taste and the lady at the kitchen isn’t helpful about the type of sausage has it wasn’t labeled

This is a great property for those either traveling for business or visiting Braselton. The hotel is very very clean and modern. The staff is really friendly. Please see Joe the cook when you’re there. He makes the BEST breakfast and adds amazing positive energy to your day! Thanks Joe and staff!
