What guests think

Breakfast feedback is mixed: several guests enjoyed the options, while others reported items running out, limited warm food, slow restocking, and start times too late for early departures. Facilities include a pool and a small bar; service at the bar can be limited, there is no hot tub, and a few stays noted pool noise, cleanliness issues, or temporary closure. Service is usually welcoming, but reviews also mention periods with no one at the desk, slow or confusing check‑in, unreturned calls, and a few reports of confirmed bookings not honored. Good for straightforward stopovers, with reliable basics, but expect variability in breakfast and service.

Nice place that exceeded my expectations. They have a small bar that serves beer, wine and cocktails, but there's no dedicated bartender, it's run by the front desk attendant, so you are last priority behind any people checking in and the phone ringing to get another drink. It's also disappointing that the breakfast doesn't start earlier than 6am. Lots of construction workers start earlier. I was told sometimes they do open earlier if a guest requests it, but it didn't work when I asked. I ended up buying some breakfast items from the nearby grocery store to eat in my room in the morning because I can't wait until 6:00. Even if they didn't have the hot food ready it would be great if they could open the doors for coffee and maybe a couple grab and go items like yogurt and pastries earlier.

The pool was not open and the bad thing the front desk clerk wasnt even aware a guest had to tell him. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn't like that there was a $2 charge for an in-room safe, and you had to ask at checkout to have charge removed if you didn't use it. Kinda tacky, and I bet a lot of people don't bother to ask to have charge removed. Also, they have a happy hour from 5 to 7, but don't mention up front that it is not free. Other places we have stayed that advertise a happy hour, the drinks are complimentary.

It was a pleasant surprise to have a happy hour available and to get the opportunity to know the evening desk clerk John Thomas. The service he provided was outstanding and he took time to make sure everything was right with our stay. The hotel location was convenient to all our activities. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was difficulty getting the local channels on our tv. The picture pixelated and was unwatchable.

It was really noisy in the rooms around ours on third floor. Doors shutting, kids fighting and playing, loud television, etc. TV was on all night. We contacted the desk at 3AM & nothing happened. We suspect that the room was empty & the kids changed rooms. The front desk person was responsible for checkout as well as maintaining the breakfast room - most food, coffee, and hot water was gone; had to search for silverware, garbage wasoverflowing.
