I would not say therewas anything unique about the property it was clean. The staff were friendly not easy to get to especially if you’re driving into the city with a car they don’t have any parking and it’s very difficult to get out of your car to get your luggage in and out.

Wow! This property is incredible. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the stunning terrace. Upon our arrival, the staff welcomed us with warmth and friendliness, making us feel genuinely cared for rather than just another guest. Although we arrived before check-in time and our room wasn’t ready, they promptly communicated with the cleaning staff, and within minutes, our room was prepared. The rooms themselves are beautiful, and we loved that each one is named after a precious stone—it adds a lovely touch. During check-in, they offered to communicate via WhatsApp, which I didn’t think I’d need. However, when I requested the menu for the in-house restaurant, they quickly sent me a PDF. I also asked for items like a toothbrush and toothpaste through WhatsApp, and they arrived at our room within minutes. We ordered room service and were pleasantly surprised that we weren’t limited to dinner options; even late at night, they offered us breakfast. Everything was perfect! The restaurant serves delicious food, and all the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. If I return to the area, I will definitely stay here again. I absolutely loved it!

Property is basically new, staff is very pleasant and helpful. They take care of any concerns you may have they also arrange your parking which is very helpful because of the area. One tip is when you arrive park on the side of the chained area and they will take it from there. Everything you want to see is in 4-6 minutes walking distance.Only I wished I had the balcony option this hotel gets filled fast so its hard to get it. Only down side was no iron in my room.

This is a new hotel so everything is super clean! I loved the location, right in front the main cathedral with a few shopping stores, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This hotel it’s soundproofed, you will not hear all the noise from the high traffic from outside. It’s very stylish I love love the decoration, the rooftop has a nice view and the food is good. Breakfast is included and it’s soo good! 🙂

The location was perfect directly across from the main catedral. Enough can’t be said about location. Upon arrival, we had to jump out of our rental car to ask where to park as the hotel is on a busy road without street parking nor loading zone. An attendant quickly escorted us to a cordoned off area to park temporarily while we checked in. They then parked the car for us at an undisclosed location. We had just come from San Miguel de Allende where we were met with all smiles, and it was quickly apparent that the energy was different here. We stayed two nights and the first night, I noticed that the pillows/bed/bedding (wasn’t sure what it was) didn’t smell clean so I did not sleep well. The next morning, I asked for new bedding and my request was not well-received. The second night seemed better but it still smelled a bit. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean but had maintenance items like loose bathroom hardware and broken trash can exposing sharp edges. The ceilings were double height which felt grand. Our bedroom window faced the interior atrium and we could hear if someone was talking but it didn’t happen much thankfully. The rooftop terrace was the highlight. The views were stunning! Staff was very friendly. Included was a generous made-to-order breakfast. It was a little chilly but they had blankets and heaters. All in all, it fell flat of my expectations for the price and for being revered as one of the few luxury hotels in the city.

Nueve 25 Boutique is an amazingly elegant hotel. It's location is absolutely the best--almost across the street from the cathedral in in the middle of center city. The interior design of this formerly elegant and huge private home is beautifully done, with contempo art, sculpture, and furnishings. We had a fabulous interior suite, with soaring ceilings and a comfortable bed. The staff is first rate. The complementary breakfast was unusually generous and tasty. You cannot go wrong with this hotel if you are fortunate enough to score a reservation.

Dining
Breakfast and meals on the rooftop earn strong reviews for taste and views, and some stays included breakfast. A few note breakfast isn’t always included or that wind or prices can detract slightly.

It was an excellent hotel in the middle of everything. Their breakfast are delicious too. They are not included with the stay, which is disappointing for the cost of each night. But i understand that by being a boutique hotel with only 15 rooms its is probably not profitable to do that. Other than that it was an amazing experience.
