The pool was small and seemed dirty. It was very slippery. I did not see much of the staff but when we checked in the front desk guy was very helpful. The property seems old in some areas. There was GF options at breakfast 👍

A clean hotel with clean bathrooms. I liked the weights in the fitness center. The breakfast had many options as well.

The most best place to stay from the front desk lady everything was great.They even had washing machine and dryer. Swimming pool .Safety is the best

Just stopping on our way south but very pleased with the facility. Nice and clean and check in was very easy and quick. Little disappointed at breakfast but had a big variety of items. Would definitely stay again.

We were in Belton for High School Baseball playoffs and stayed 2 nights. The hotel was conveniently located, with ample parking. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only suggestion I have is the room was large and another chair would have been nice. The staff were all very friendly.

First off this is a great property. Clean, modern and just very nice. However, I did find it to be overpriced but considering the options you have they really have a monopoly on a nice lodging. When I leave a review I base my review on safe location, good AC/Heat, Hot Water, Good Pillow/Bed and Price. The location felt very safe, we had very good AC, lots of hot water, the bed was very soft as well as the pillows and the price was OK. When it comes to the price it is crazy for Belton, Mo but it is a very nice property. Breakfast is somewhat standard but they do have some twist that will add some variety that those road warriors will greatly appreciate. As for a fitness center this is one of the nicer ones. Free weights, treadmills, elliptical and space for a yoga mat. Since I have listed lots of good things I am going to list some things that I didn't care for. Our room was on the NE corner of the 2nd floor. All night I heard what sounded like a semi truck moving across a parking lot then slowing down then speeding back up. The only thing I can see is the electrical boxes so I am not sure exactly what it was. Also, the TV controller was a pain for doing anything, you really had to be straight in front of the TV and still then it was difficult. The refrigerator in the room was half a mini so left overs or travelling with a family that has lots of food and snacks will be limited. Finally, when we arrived we noticed a strong men's after shave.

The air freshener or cleaner you use made my daughter and I sick with allergies/ headaches. We won’t stay here again

We only stayed one evening but it was so clean and had a wonderful continental breakfast!

The coffee was awful in the breakfast room. You either got bold and it was extremely bitter and strong, or you got decaf which was bearable. Breakfast choices were your typical instant eggs with thin pieces of ham, waffle maker, muffins and cereal, and fruit. The fruit was very fresh. The bed was just okay comfort wise. The too. Had a funny powdery smell which we didn’t care for. Hallways smelt better.

Continental breakfast tasted better than most! Room was very clean.

Everything about this hotel is a 10. I high recommend it. Cleanliness was tops, workers were available and friendly, breakfast was individually wrapped and fresh - the whole experience was very relaxing.

The bathroom smelled like sewer gas. I also found out I could have stayed a lot cheaper if I had called the desk instead of using Expedia.

Great room except the toilet seat. First one was broken and they replaced it with a too small seat, so it slipped around when sat on. Seems like a small detail but it really was a hassle.

There window blind won’t open let us view and we did told front desk and they said they will send someone maintenance to fix never did till we check out.

We loved the spacious room and bathroom. Perfect location for us. Recommend The Peanut Bar and Grill nearby. The breakfast was just ok.

There was a Walgreens Pharmacy within easy walking distance. HOWEVER, the toilet in our room was not “seated” properly, and rocked back and forth noisily. Not up to Marriott standards, I’d say!

All was good. Felt very clean. We had a loud rattle when the air conditioner ran which downed out the tv and definitely need a upgrade to the pillows. We were in a King room with 4 tiny flat pillows.

Walls are a little thin

Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were not supportive. Overall very uncomfortable

We had a late check in after the Chiefs game, and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were however woken up right before 8 am by the housekeeping crew cleaning the room next door, and other rooms close by. It was pretty loud, and could hear their conversations outside the door. Honestly, that would be the only complaint. We made our way down to breakfast at 9, and normally with most other hotels, if you come during the last half of breakfast it's slim pickings! We were pleasantly surprised that everything was fully stocked, and 2 ladies were very much on top of it! Check out was easy, and we would definitely stay again (if we know we need to leave early and not sleep in 😆)!

Clean rooms and entry ways. Staff seems to be to busy on phone to even look up when we returned after dinner.

As a BonVoy member we always seek out Marriott. We have stayed in this particular hotel several times while visiting family, but this particular time the staff were unfriendly, the service particularly poor and the breakfast was one in which we chose not To eat as it looked awful all three days of our stay. They have done better previously and should attempt to do better in the future.

Beds are comfy, breakfast is good. However customer service needs work.

The manager I believe her name was Samantha? came from the back office letting me know there was a room downstairs open even though 2 others people at the desk said otherwise. Very clean. Door at rear/back side opens and closes very hard

Tried to check in to our room and was told no, we can't because the internet is down. I did the online check in and that was not good enough because I booked through Expedia. We asked if we would be able to check in that evening and were told they can't guarantee it. I asked for a refund so we could book another hotel and were told we need to ask Expedia. Expedia refunded the amount even though the hotel did not refund our money. The management was very unprofessionalessional.She told me they were not able to call us if a room was ready because their phones were down all while she was on her phone! What an awful experience. Went to Hampton Inn nearby and had a great stay there. Luckily we found that place last minute or we might not have had a room that night. The worst part is that they cancel out our reservation for four nights and rented out the room. So basically they were double charging both us and whoever ultimately booked the room. Went to the website for the Belton Fairfield and there is no way to contact the customer service as well.The only heroes in this story are Expedia and The Hampton Inn who made some room at the Inn.

Visiting family I have not seen in decades. Stayed 5 days. Hotel and staff were wonderful. Even though I bugged the desk several times to get quaters for laundry. It was a great experience.

The address was impossible to find. The 2 Lyft drivers were unable to get there we finally got one. Only one waste basket. No makeup mirror, no hair dryer.

We usually stay at a different property when we come to Belton but decided to pay a bit more this time and stay here. I’m so happy we did. This hotel is worth the extra we had to pay. The beds are comfy and the room was very clean. We didn’t get to partake of the breakfast but it looked and smelled great. There is a lot to do around the area with lots of eating and shopping choices.

Great location and really clean. There is a large choice of restaurants to choose from just blocks away from the hotel.
