No interaction with staff except the tv did not work in the room. They switched our room as it could be a bit before someone could fix it. We appreciated that. The shower temperature in room 22 is not warm. (not pleasant) The heat/ac unit was tricky. Woke up at 3:30 to a stuffy room. Opened the door to let cool air in and wasn’t able to make the AC part work. Only heat and the fan. Even after resetting it. The rest of the stay was nice. The room is clean and well lit. The location is great too. I would stay here again, I would probably check the shower temperature upon arrival so that could get turned up. Or at least ask when booking. Great location. The beach is nearby. The days we booked were during a nor’easter in September. So heavy rain and high winds. Unfortunately when booking a few weeks in advance, we could not change the dates as it was a nonrefundable room. It would have been a better experience to have a few nice days but we made the best of it. The place has seating outdoors that looked like it could be relaxing during pleasant weather.

Room very clean but in need of repair. Would have liked more coffee mugs and a bigger keurig pot. We had a suite with an adjoining room and a tiny single pot in suite was insufficient. It was not a keurig so did not take Keurig pots left in room. The room was very quiet and comfortable and with a few amenities, we would return.

HARD PASS - ICKY DISGUSTING - DONT DO IT The door locked world perfectly! Clearly this is run with the very least investment as possible. Advertise coffee and there were pods - no machine : ) Got a machine opened the 10 creamers and 9 were chucky. Asked for more all from the same hot box next to the bleach in their storage room! Bathroom fan growing who knows what - not cleaned from what you can see. How about the louver shades - broken falling apart - the owners solution - put post notes from the Westin on the windows - you just cant make it up - total rip off other places for less and better locally. Keep the search going and dont waste you money on this one.

No staff at location, apparently the email you a door code but I didn’t get one. Bathroom was pretty gross, the place was just tired and kinda dirty. It’s off-season, but the management clearly doesn’t care very much about the place.
