My room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. and freezer were very useful and had a microwave. A few snacks were left in the room as was a hot water pot. I was told there was a virtual check in but there was a lovely lady at the front desk when we checked in. Helped with recommending local eating options. Staircase outside to get to the upper floor rooms. Ice maker available for ice. Check out was virtual and easy! Parking was covered!

The toilet flushing mechanism doesn't work so well in Room 219. I had to lift the lid on the toilet to reactive the flushing mechanism.

For a motel, this is on the nicer end but don't expect hotel standards. It is true about the sensitivity of the squeaky beds, but the pillows are great. There is a mini fridge and microwave(in room), laundrymat, pet relief area, vending machines, and plenty of parking. This was my first time checking into a kiosk. It's just as similar to waiting in line to speak to someone in person. If you stay multiple days, you may need to get another code each day because it seems to reset daily. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and a large pool hall nearby. The area is still quiet even along the busy road.

A good stay however, the check in without someone as they say where your room is may not be great for everyone (reason for the 4 star). Doesn't leave a lot of privacy when checking in. Clean room and everything else was as stated. Thank you.

The lady that checked me had no customer service. Took a long time to get hot water, barely a dribble in the shower, no ice, no breakfast definitely not worth the money would not recommend
