The shower head in the first room was broken when you turned on the shower it was shooting water all over the entire bathroom, we switched rooms the second room the bathroom sink faucet was broken, a hole was in the bathroom wall mold was in the tub and hair , the entire bathroom stopper was de- attached from the tub and came completely out,the refrigerator didn’t work and the indoor pool was closed. That was the purpose of getting the room to swim indoors. The total stay was the worst I’ve ever experienced

We booked they stay so our kids could swim in the pool. It was down for service and the lady at the front desk was not concerned at all about finding when it was going to reopen. I was just trying to see if it was going to be before our check out. I would have booked another hotel had I known the pool was down.My bathroom floor was also dirty.

Breakfast was wonderful, give the cook a raise. Bed was great. But we found conditions in our room far below standard. Safe batteries were dead. Hinge on cabinet door was off, laying inside. Two fridges in room—one not working. Window blind was off track, button didn’t move it. One loose tile in bathroom. Bathroom door didn’t shut easily. And there was a detached tub tray on the bathroom floor. Room 207.

We did not stay. We got to the hotel about 6:00pm and they were really busy. They did not have a room left that would work for me I’m handicapped. They did show me 2 rooms but the bed was too high and the bathroom was not for handicapped people and the other room was still dirty from a previous guest. So we slep on my cousins couch at their house. Therefore I need my deposit money back from Expedia.

The bed was very comfy & had clean sheets. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job cleaning the carpet & the bathroom floor. There were food crumbs on the floor when we arrived & when I went to the bathroom & shut the door, there was a pair of someone else's wadded up dirty socks in the corner behind the door. It looked like the corners & edges of the floor had not been swept or mopped as I saw lint, crumbs etc also in the corners of the bathroom & behind the door. There was a thick dirty streak behind the door & by the front edge & corners of the tub. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like dirty socks & there were wrappers along the floor & an apple core that sat in front of a door all night.
