This hotel is very clean, with nice comfortable rooms. Only 10 minutes from Ruby Falls and 20 minutes to Rock City. Both a must see. Front desk are very friendly. Also pet friendly. Nice pool and really good food at the bar.

Besides our toilet not flushing right. You pretty much have to pay for valet parking due to the paid parking garage across the street charges by the hour whcih comes out more than the valet parking

This property was elegent but, simple. We where very pleased that they had a New Years Eve celebration. It allowed us to take part, have fun without having to drive. The parking is horrible though. Parking lot is not really a parking lot. The valet men did a great professional job but, the hotel in general doesn’t offer great parking. All the staff was amazing, welcoming and pleasant.

A special shoutout to Donovan at the front desk — he was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make us feel at home. Whether it was answering our questions, offering great local recommendations, or just greeting us with a genuine smile every time we passed through the lobby, he truly made our stay stand out. The valet team was also fantastic — always quick, courteous, and upbeat. It really made coming and going a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a stylish modern feel and plenty of cozy touches. The location can’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront. The room had a few things in need of repair. The AC unit didnt seem to be cooling the room properly and it is aggressively loud even on the lowest fan setting. The shower head was in disrepair so the water was coming out the side and getting everywhere on the floor. Upon entering the room, it had a smell. I can only describe it as a mildew scent. All three of us became congested and started coughing after a few hours in the room. The countertops were dusty. Overall not a comfortable stay or sleep. We will not be trying this hotel again. But I do want to say the staff was pleasant and informative upon arrival.

Place is clean and convenient, and the valet parking is nice but not necessary as the lot is literally right in front. Comfortable beds, but shower not clean-still had hair in it from previous guest.

Great location near local attractions. Valet parking a plus. Our room was not very comfortable. Both chairs are lightly padded -- very hard. There was no light in one corner of the room. The room has a 50-year-old-technology HVAC unit which was noisy and ineffective. The shower door would not stay closed when showering. Toilet seats is not soft-close. Etc.

Starting off with the positives: staff was friendly and room was clean. Negatives: we were on the 2nd floor and the people on the street could be heard from our room. Then a fire alarm kept randomly going off. Then we were without water for an hour. No microwave in the room. Air conditioning was sporadic and would just turn off.

This property had great reviews on Expedia. I booked it 30 minutes prior to arrival on a last minute whim and check in was late night but was super easy. There was an issue with the prepay booking when I arrived but the night manager assured me that it would be taken care of. And sure enough by the morning, after two separate charges, a refund was quickly administered along with “sorry for the inconvenience” gift/Mother’s Day Gift on my door in the morning. I TRULY appreciate the customer service exemplified at this hotel. I did not expect it to it not only be handled so quickly but it is the little things such as this, that will keep customers (especially me) coming back. It is rarely still seen. The staff was awesome! The room was awesome! The stay was the best in a long time!

I booked a king bed, when I checked in and walked into the room we had a queen handicap room. I went back down and said I booked and paid for a king, she looked again and said oh sorry, we are sold out. They offered free parking in exchange, but frankly there is nothing that makes up for no sleep. I booked 14 days ago, paid extra for the king, and arrived at 4pm and they had zero King rooms?? Was my booking changed because it was through Expedia? It’s infuriating. There was screaming in the halls and rooms next to us at 1-2am. The side table by the bed was sticky and the room never cooled off even though the AC ran NOISY all night long. Overall miserable experience. I’ll visit Chattanooga several times this year, but I’ll never stay at Hotel Indigo again.

The hotel staff was so pleasant. Everyone greeted you with each interaction! Valet parking made it so convenient as we were in and out of the hotel. The service was amazing and the hotel was beautiful! Will definitely visit again!

The hotel is located close to downtown and attractions such as the TN Aquarium. We were able to walk to the IMAX theater from the hotel. Also, The room was attractive and comfortable and exactly as presented on hotel website. Blackout curtains work very well for a morning to sleep in during Spring Break. Also enjoyed in room coffee service with the mini-keurig and selection of coffee and tea to choose from.

The hotel was very close to downtown which was amazing. The staff was very friendly except the kitchen staff and bar staff were very very slow and unavailable many times. The hotel was very clean I’m a definitely enjoyed our stay and if we return to Chattanooga we’ll definitely stay in this hotel.

High school reunion among close friends...we met in Chattanooga and visited the sights. The Hotel Indigo was perfect. I especially enjoyed the hotel bar/lobby where we met and talked (and drank a bit...lol). A perfect time...thanks for helping us enjoy the time together.

Overall good hotel. There was only one elevator working at the time which was an inconvenience. The serving staff at the restaurant were not friendly. The front desk staff was nice. The room was comfortable, clean, and felt cozy.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and professional and made sure we were comfortable. The room was also very nice with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and the Zenology soaps and shampoo are excellent. The only thing I would improve on is the menu at the Wanderer Cafe. The food is good just not a whole lot to chose from.
