When I arrived, I specifically requested daily housekeeping service. The first day, my room was not cleaned. I asked again the next day, and still nothing. I followed up once more, and again, the room was not cleaned. I’ve been traveling regularly for more than 25 years, and I honestly cannot remember another hotel where I repeatedly requested such a basic service and was simply ignored. It wasn’t just the lack of housekeeping that was disappointing—it was the fact that I asked multiple times and no one followed through. It was actually their ask, would you like it daily? Very disappointing experience and definitely not the level of service I expect from a hotel.

Rooms are nice and the location is really good with entertainment right next door as well as a Fred Meyer within walking distance. Property is nice and clean, only concern is the pool and hot tub weren't the cleanest.

We purchased breakfast for two days online. When we checked in there was no record of it available. The clerk eventually gave us coupons. And then the breakfast was a buffet. At breakfast on the second days, as you order breakfast, the eggs were all scrambled. And a visit to the Hot tub revealed the temperature was to high to sit in for any amount of time. Not our expectation of a Premier Hotel.
