Excellent stay. But the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel that charged to park a single vehicle in the property’s own lot. I know times are still off since Covid, but this is absurd. Are fees to use the elevators instead of the stairs next?

The bar/cafe was closed on a Friday night - that was ok but not advertised when we booked. The room door was very problematic and staff told us to just keep trying, it would work eventually. True but a pain in the butt.

Room was good, staff courteous, but no breakfast because they were short staffed. What really got me was they charged a separate $15 dollar charge just to park in their parking lot.

The location was great. Staff that particular weekend was not friendly at all. Sink drained slowly and pool was green and slimy. Room was very noisy though the bed was comfortable.

Everythjng is clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. The only disappointing thing was the pool was closed for maintenance. You could walk across the way and use another property’s pool but we didn’t utilize that. Also the bar is suppose to be open from 5-12 and it wasn’t open at all. There are plenty of places to walk to so we did that.

Not the greatest experience. Room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there even after requesting multiple times. Staff apologized and gave breakfast vouchers on the last morning. Pool was closed for maintenance. People in unit above us were very loud. But it is a cute, modern hotel in a great location. Close to lots of dining and entertainment options.

The lock on our door did not function properly, the TV did not work, shower had hair and dead bugs in it. They moved us to a different room that was half the size of the original. Definitely not worth the $300.00 per night.

This hotel had filthy carpet in the entire hallway and I'm the room. It didn't look like it was cleaned regularly. The walls were dirty and had stains throughout. It was disgusting.

There was spit all over the door. The laminate floors were dirty with spill spots on them, " try a mop" Shower walls dirty \'hair on walls\' shower head clogged with hard water corrosion " no water pressure " Management should do random walk throughs to check the cleanliness and conditions of the rooms, not wait for a customer to complain about things. I wont be staying there again. I\'ve never had much luck with Marriott properties.

Not really impressed. Room was dirty upon arrival so we had to switch rooms. No room service, microwave or iron. Bathroom/shower situation was…. interesting? Paid parking and no breakfast. It was decent but not for the price. The location however is great and lots of things you can walk to and great night atmosphere around the hotel.

Loud industrial style hotel. Great location to desert diamond. Pool right next to parking lot. No closet space & shower curtain for a door. Beds were comfortable but we won't be back.

The hall way was noisy, you could hear other visitors walking & talking in the hall, like they were next to you. Maybe netter installation or something to soften the sound. But other than that it was great accommodations.

Was an easy check in after the AZ Cardinals game. Very nice and comfortable rooms. The room had a Marshall Bluetooth speaker to listen to your music or sports radio. We will definitely make a return trip next game time!

The property allowed me to book a room and pay for it when in reality they did not have a room available for me, to top it off the property refused to give me a refund after I no longer wanted to stay there. STAY AWAY GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL, one that actually cares about their customers.

We liked the lobby/lounge area. We did not like that the housekeeping did NOT show up for the 4 nights/5 days we were there. They only brought clean towels. Garbage was never emptied also in the pool area, the garbage was overflowing

When we first arrived, our room was not ready. We waited 30 minutes and asked again but it was still not ready so the manager switched our rooms. When we got to the room, the window covering was broken and would not come down. The manager came to the room and tried to help but it was still broken. She eneded up switching our rooms again and that room was perfect. This is all while she was at the front alone and checking in a ton of people while running back and forth to help us. It was frustrating with the room situation but her help made it not a big deal because she never blew us off. Shes the slim woman with long light brown/reddish hair and she went above and beyond. She deserves a raise.

The check in process was horrible. We waited for 2 hours after check in time for a room to be ready. We were there early and multiple people came in after and got a room before us. We were late to an event we came into town for. I will not be staying again.

Unfortunately my stay wasn’t good I checked inn and they had over sold the rooms so they downgrade my reservation from what I had paid for and requested but they did not refund me any money back and they also charged me for parking a lot of stomping and running inn the hallway from other guess I was able to hear everything from other guess I was exited to stay at this location but was not the best decision in my part .

This was in a great location for dining at Westgate & walking to concert at Stare Farm. Staff was friendly on check-in. We wanted to use the safe on our room & it was locked. Called the desk a few times. They couldn’t find manager then finally said someone would be up in 10-15 minutes. Nobody ever came & there was different staff at the front desk when we went down. We only had a few hours there before concert so we’re bummed to waste over an hour for someone that never came. Other than that it was great.

We stayed here to attend a concert at State Farm Stadium. It was a very easy walk to the stadium with lots of food and drink options on the way. Will definitely stay here again when we come for a concert or football game.

Stayed 9/17. TV didn’t work. Was told the maintenance guy wouldn’t be in until the next day. Got moved to another room and that TV didn’t work as well. Hotel bar didn’t open until 4pm. Shower water pressure is very low. I’ve stayed here multiple times before with great experiences. I don’t know why this last time was so difficult for them. I do like the noon checkout but even the next day when the TV started working again, it had no sound.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot for walking to many local eating and drinking establishments, an outlet mall and other shops. It is also well located for traveling to spring training games and there are other attractions nearby. The service was very good by the front desk, bar staff and maintenance.
