Front desk staff was very helpful. Housekeeping services were lacking. Room was serviced only once during our 5 night stay. Had to dispose of garbage ourselves. Pool is small but was not crowded during our stay. Breakfast consists of powdered scrambled eggs, okay sausage, and various breads, waffles, yogurt and fruit. Overall acceptable, but nothing to get excited about. Breakfast served only until 9 a.m. on weekdays and 9:30 on weekends. Coffee was not very good, when it was available. Convenient location in the Lakewood area.

We had a great experience staying here. Upon arrival, the young man at the desk went out of his way to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants, as well as some tips for going to Red Rocks. Our room was great. It was clean and updated. The location has a lot nearby and easy access to the highway. Golden is just a few minutes away. Lots of parking. Overall, a really nice stay.

Always enjoy it there. For whatever reason, the tv went off at 3 in the morning in our room??? The elevators are incredibly slow. Surprising for one of the newer hotels in the area. Regardless, we enjoy it there and the front desk staff is always so kind.

My family was in town to see a concert at Red Rocks. We LOVED this SpringHill Suites! NICK,NICK, NICK! It started with the best front desk man Nick who had the best personality and intentions for our stay. Anytime you'd see him he asked about our stay The entire staff was pleasant and helpful, and the room, was spacious and clean. SAFE. Great location, delicious breakfast with numerous options. The pool and gym were also superb. Next year when we return we will definitely stay at this SpringHill Suites.

If i had paid $100 a night i would have been ok with staying here. Pros- front desk staff was pleasant and attentive. They actually called me about 6 pm to make sure we were ok and we could.find thr place ok. Cons - worn out and ripped bed sheets - dirty and stained walls in the bedroom and bathroom. -worn out damaged furniture in the bedroom. - the smoke detector in the bedroom was covered with a plastic bag- turns out this is what smokers do so they can smoke in the room without setting off the smoke detector- apparently cleaning staff has been told about this by management and had been chastised a few weeks earlier but they are still leaving the smoke detectors covered when they "clean" and turn over a room. So incredibly dangerous. - shower curtain dirty and ripped. - breakfast was understaffed- as in one poor guy running around doing everything- choices wwre mediocre at best.

Enjoyed the hotel but have to be honest. The maid service was offered only every other day. Unfortunately you got just enough towels to manage. Unfortunate there was nowhere to hang up towels to dry if you wanted to. You got a small bar of hand soap for the bathroom vanity. It ended up being hollow so it lasted like two cleanings. On the day of maid service I noticed a red spot on bottom of one of the bed pillows. I don’t really know what it was. I purposely set that pillow on the bottom of bed with stain obvious to whomever would make up bed. When we got back that evening I looked and the same pillow and case was used. Toilet paper had not been replaced. Took a shower that evening and ran out of body wash because it had not been filled up Siri g service of the room. I did contact hotel after we left and they apologized and offered bonus points. But this shouldn’t ever happen.

Property had no power last night for quite some time. No flashlights available until later in the evening (tiny keychain style). Lights didn’t come on in the bathroom until the next morning, obviously an internal issue and not power company. Room wasn’t terribly clean, actually the coffee bar was filthy with a 12’ hair on the counter. Sheets were yellowed and continually slipped off the bed. Offered no compensation for no power.

This Springhill Suites by Marriott is great! Would definitely stay here again. Beautifully appointed, modern hotel rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and new with great lighting. We used the trundle bed for our daughter and she was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with great options above and beyond normal hotel breakfasts. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 for comfort rating was that I wasn’t a fan of my pillow. My husband liked his pillow, though. Overall a wonderful stay. And great location!

Great place to stay! Looks like it’s brand new. Room was tiny but had everything we needed including a pullout couch for our son. Wish it was nice enough weather to try out the pool!

We got in late and had to leave early. Hotel was very nice but the woman who was working the front desk was amazing. I wish I would have gotten her name but it was the night of 2/2. She was so sweet and friendly. She even made us little bags of food because we had to leave before breakfast that morning.

Staff not at desk, they stay behind the wall and you have to get their attention before them come out and serve you. Walls paper thin. Food stale and boring, no variety for hot breakfast. Over priced for the service.

Always one of my favorite places to stay when I come to town. Hotel is consistently clean and quiet with great breakfast options. Easy parking. As a woman traveling alone I always feel safe in the hotel and surrounding areas. Fantastic proximity to Colorado Mills Mall, Whole Foods and the 6, I-70 and I-25.

Beautiful suite room, stayed one night due to snow storm. Had the complimentary breakfast and had individual milk cartons, without looking I drink the milk slight sour taste, and getting even more sour when I finished to check and see that the milk expiration date was yesterday. I should've checked the date on the milk first however expired milk should not be out to be served and consumed by any guest.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the breakfast. Nothing was labelled so it was difficult to navigate with dietary restrictions. The bananas went bad as well. Have more fruit options, maybe some more vegan or gluten-free options.
