Lobby and halls were extremely hot. No air conditioning turned on. Breakfast below average. Front desk clerk didn’t have any idea where to park to access building for handicapped. Ice machine on our floor 2 not working. However the room was very large and nice and rate was reasonable.

During our stay in this hotel my Toyota catalytic converters were stolen. This hotel needs more security and more police presence. The hotel has multiple access from the roads. I found out another guest had the same theft (catalytic converter) the day after. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel staff was cordial about it but they said that it is a known/recurring issue and nothing is being done to address the problem. To complicate things, I had my entire family with me and made it extremely difficult to get the vehicle fixed as it was undriveable and we were from out of state. I really hope the hotel makes changes so that guests like me don’t have the same bad experience.

I am 81, the nearest ice machine on my floor was not working , so I had to go to the end of the hall & climb stairs to find another one. The handle on the shower door was broken, & I reported both of these to the front desk.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived an hour before the official check-in time and were told to wait, which is understandable. However, even after 3 PM (the promised check-in time), our room was not ready, and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The hot tub was one of the amenities we were looking forward to, but unfortunately, it was not warm at all, making it unusable. Additionally, one of the rooms in our reservation was never cleaned throughout our entire stay, despite housekeeping being informed. There was no complimentary drinking water available—only bottled water for purchase. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming and at times came across as rude. On top of that, the hotel is located right off a major highway, so noise was a constant issue, especially at night. Overall, the lack of hospitality, basic comfort, and cleanliness made this stay underwhelming. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

everything was good expect for the fact that we went to a concert and carpooled with some friends, came back to their car being STOLEN and no employee called the cops. they have a “security” and he didn’t do anything we told the front desk lady and she didn’t want to give us the name of the manager and kept laughing while talking to us like if it was funny.

The hot tub wasn’t working and no one emailed text or called us to let us know before we arrived and that’s what we were really looking forward to. the room was clean, but the cabinets and woodwork could use a remodel. Very nice breakfast!

When I went to check in they were having computer or user problems. and it took over 1/2 hour . Then checking out - we were on the 4 th floor leaving at 5:45 AM with 6 bags all weighting over 50 lbs both elevators were shutdown for repairs or maintenance. Thankful the man on duty carried them down for us .

The building itself looks new and has good reviews so we chose this location. However, after we checked in and received our room keys, and we entered the room it was a mess. Trash in the container, melted ice in the ice bucket. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor. It was obvious that housekeeping didn’t alert the front desk. We had to haul our luggage back to the front desk to get keys for another suite!

We checked into the room around 5pm. Upon entering the room, we were pleased at the size and layout. Upon further inspection, white stains were found on the couch in multiple spots and the box spring cover. Just felt a little icky so we asked the front desk if they had clean cushions or cushion covers. They provided a sheet to put over the couch. Overall, the room was comfortable.

Hotel looks like it needs overall reconditioning and cleaning. Hallway on 2nd floor had lots of stains in carpet, damage to walls, and overall just felt run down. My room had massively large stains on the couch, enough that I did not want to sit on it ever since they appeared to be bodily fluids. There also was a serious lack of water pressure, as in the water barely fell out of the tap or shower. Informed front desk and requested printed receipt for work expenses, staff could not provide print out. Breakfast was average but available. Elevators and Hallways frequently smelled of marijuana from other guests, which is funny from a smoke free property. Either management is blind to stains and condition of property as well as overall cleanliness, or doesnt care...and im not sure which is worse for a brand of this kind. I travel frequently for work and staff at this brand for a reason, this was not the standard Marriott has in other locations so its clear management or owners are not on board. Should be branded something else that more accurately reflects its quality...perhaps a Motel 6.

The room were humid and not comfortable. The air conditioner were leaking water. The carpet were soaking wet. The towels,sheets and pillow cases were dirty. I ask for full service for room to be cleaned. The bathroom door was not working properly, kept getting stuck. The water from shower were leaking all over restroom floor. The toilet were stopped up. There were mold under the restoom cabinet and pretty sure it were under and through the carpet due to air condition leaking on carpet. Overall they need a lot of work done. Icebox were not cool enough.

The check-in staff were helpful and friendly. The room was great -- seemed very upscale for a reasonable price. Our room in the hotel was on the expressway side of the property, so although we were on the 4th floor we did hear traffic during the night. Overall our stay was great though.

The A/C did not keep the room a consistent temperature. It vacillated between too warm and too cold. We did not like having a glass door to the bathroom. It did not provide a feeling of privacy. It also was not hung properly.

Average hotel with a several issues. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. After complaining to front desk nothing was done. Also, the room was not cleaned even though I was out from 8am to 4pm. Second floor room facing highway - it felt like the window was not there. Constant noise from the highway.

During my 4 night stay I had extremely low water pressure and lukewarm water. After my first night I reported this problem and the clerk said they were working on this problem, I was not the only room affected. However, on my day of checkout, there was no change. I found the staff indifferent, I certainly did not feel welcome. On the plus side, the rooms are comfortable with a separate work space which I appreciated.

This place was a great central location in Dallas. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfy, and quiet. The place itself is in a little disrepair but not enought to spoil the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close by a hospital that we needed to frequent throughout our stay. The staff was amazing and even gave us late checkout on our last day due to an emergency. I was so very thankful for the amazing staff.

Didn’t have a room available for us when we arrived 2.5 hours after checkin time. Not a single individual delivered customer service at all, made us wait, ignored us, or moved us out of their way.

I arrived and my room wasn’t ready. It was around 5pm. We were told to return later. I received a phone call that the room was ready about 20 minutes later. This was after a 10 hour drive to Dallas.

The check-in process was agonizing. There were at least 10 people waiting on rooms when we arrived at 10:00 pm. We waited over an hour for a room to be available. The original room with King size bed was downgraded to one with 2 queen size beds. There was only one towel and a few wash cloths. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The road noise was overwhelming at times and woke us up a few times during the night. The next morning I had over a $200 charge on my card when I had booked the stay through and had already been charged by Expedia. I had to wait a few days to be refunded that charge. When I asked the front desk about what concessions could be made for our negative experience, she told me the only option would be to open a rewards card so points could be added for our troubles. Will never stay at SpringHill Suites again. I imagine the Super 8 down the road would have been just as accommodating for half the price.

It was a good option for seeing a show at the Granada theater. In high traffic too about 15 minutes but less on the way back . Price was right . Very quiet room .

Average hotel with a several issues. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. After complaining to front desk nothing was done. Also, the room was not cleaned even though I was out from 8am to 4pm. Second floor room facing highway - it felt like the window was not there. Constant noise from the highway.

Hotel is nice-suite room and sm kitchen great. Area very questionable. A sign saying take all valuables from car was a tip off. Used the on site laundry but machines used quarters only. Was told to walk to nearby store for change-not happening in this neiborhood! Hotel needs to update how machines accept payment OR have a $ machine in laundry room OR keep change at front desk.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites and was disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms are a lot nicer than I thought... They have a great breakfast, big tvs... I would give it 5 stars, except I can't because the parking spaces in the parking lot are HORRIBLE!!!!.... They leave absolutely no room for error... They're extremely narrow to where you can barely open the car door without hitting the car next to you... You have to suck in an turn sideways and squeeze through 8 inches of space to get out your vehicle... It's so bad, I have to drop it down 2 whole stars.... Fix the parking, and it goes back up to 5 stars!!
