Hot tub was not available, disappointing on a very cold January night. Breakfast was late the next day, I was only able to get a waffle, no eggs, no sausage, nothing substantial. I had an important appointment at 7:30am and I was basically there with a cup of weak coffee and a waffle in my system.

Great hotel for families. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub and the breakfast buffet. Premises were nicely designed and furnished (including a game room) and location was safe and quiet with plenty of dining options around.

I loved my stay at this place! It is truly a great experience. The place was well designed, clean and comfortable. So spacious and stylish! My one complaint would be that all of the kitchen drawers were severly lacking in cleanliness. Management should be inspecting the kitchen area and make extra certain that the housekeepers are tending to this detail. It was very unfortunate and surprising considering how nice the rest of the unit was. Thank you!

The room has a musty and smothered smell when we first walked in. The beddings smelled unfresh too, like they were not properly dried. There was a hand towel with stains on the bathroom counter. So I'm not satisfied with the cleanliness here. For the complimentary breakfast, all the items were empty when we arrived at dinning hall around 9am but breakfast time is till 10.

The evening staff looked like they were bored and reflected this in their interactions with customers at check-in and on the phone. The shower had hair from previous guests. The air conditioning unit would start rattling when it kicked into high gear.

Check in was nice. We checked in late that day. Once we got settled in the room we discovered that a one of the beds had stains all over the sheets. Since we had two queens and it was late we just slept in the bed that had clean sheets. The room also had a strange smell. The next morning we found the breakfast staff rude. They started shutting everything down before the breakfast time had ended. They made us feel that we were an inconvenience. They were not friendly at all.

It’s a very nice place with large rooms. The only issue we had was room 239 the A/C heating unit was so loud we couldn’t use it at night and as a result our room was too hot and didn’t sleep well.

An amazing place to stay after spending the day and evening hiking at Mount Rainier. The suite was very spacious! It included a fridge, freezer, dishes, glasses, mugs for hot drinks, dish soap, small kitchen sink and dishwasher. We converted the sofa into a sofa bed and used the two queen beds. There was ample desk room and counter space and plenty of bed side lights. Loved the dark out curtains. Very nice bathroom and spacious shower with provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Since we got in after midnight we didn’t make it to breakfast. We appreciated the noon check out time as we had a late night.

We had an issue with lost luggage at airport. Then mix up when it was delivered and we didn’t get it. BUT Home 2 Suites made it right for us on bill. We will stay with them again.

I have previously had exceptional stays, but this was less so. Room not fully stocked (realized conditioner was totally empty while in shower). No dish soap or sponge. I asked for those but only got the conditioner. Very loud partying next door. Called front desk at 12:30 and 2:30 am. She was very nice, but noise never stopped.I had very poor sleep and then had to work a full day. Front desk person said she would talk to her manager about compensating me in some way. I asked at checkout and it was clear no one had been consulted. That person said “we could give you 1000 points.” It just felt lackluster. Overall thin walls as I could also hear snoring coming from the other room. I am a frequent business traveler to Yakima. I thought this was my go to hotel, but have made my next reservation at another hotel.

The stay was fine the room was great had to go to front desk to ask for blanket they couldn't bring it up and the refrigerator did not work very well ice melted and drinks didn't get cold

Frost desk staff was very helpful with overall hotel amenities. Breakfast was well-stocked (if you got there early). Room was spacious and generally well-appointed with kitchen supplies. Furniture was in good condition and stain-free. We were not familiar with the general area but the hotel location seemed easily accessible from major area roads. Plenty of nearby offerings for dining and activities. This was our "home-base" for exploring the Yakima wine area.

Very comfortable room and bed. Clean and attractive. Front desk staff very nice. Breakfast has gone down in quality. Every potato product was dry and unappetizing. No gluten free bread products. I heard a guest ask if something had egg or dairy in it due to allergies and the kitchen person shrugged and said she wouldn’t know “because it all just comes in a package.” The majority of the state abd services are great but I was bummed to see how much the quality has fallen with breakfast.

This is a LOVELY new hotel. The rooms are remarkably clean with smart TVs. The breakfast was incredible! Something for everyone!! Absolutely worth the price, which honestly was only $20 more than the "budget" option!

The suites have a great kitchen area which includes a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, pots and cutlery. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was poor. Plenty of free car parking around the outside of the hotel.
