At Maryflower Premium Apartments Piraeus, travelers highlight clean, modern, and generally spacious self‑catering apartments in a convenient spot near the port, metro, shops, and restaurants, making it a practical base for short pre‑ferry or cruise stays.

Many note multiple stairs before a small elevator, which can be difficult with luggage or limited mobility. Some guests mention very firm beds and bathroom issues like intermittent hot water, low pressure, or drainage, plus occasional noise or darker‑than‑expected units. Service is frequently described as friendly and proactive, with luggage help and flexible check‑in, though a few guests experienced miscommunication or access difficulties. Overall, expect a clean, convenient base in Piraeus best suited to short stays before or after ferries.

The apartment was modern, clean and well appointed. The location was great. The gentleman who checked us in was lovely. Only thing to mention is the first floor was only accessible by a large flight of stairs… then the lift to the other floors 1mx1m. But the gentleman carried our large suitcases up to the lift for us. He also returned upon check out to carry them back down. Very impressed!

I was disappointed in this apartment mainly due to access I am injured ATM so have been careful to only book accommodation with lifts. This apartment advertised a lift and 3 steps at the entrance it failed to mention the 27 steps from the entrance to the lift. This made it extremely difficult for my wife to get into and out of apartment and myself to carry the luggage up and down the steps.

i would not have rented had they told me there is a huge flight of stairs to get to the elevator. its hard to lug your bags up. they should of had better instructions for the key. they didnt explain it was a key box.

Lovely place to stay for a night before we caught a ferry at the port. Great linen. Up a flight of stairs for those people who are mobility impaired. This wasn’t an issue for us. It was really value for money.

I definitely recommend and would comme back anytime with my wife and the 3 children. Very nicely decorated, confortable beds within walking distance from the Ferry Port and, even closer, a metro station. One should just know that the first floor is without elevator. Even with our 5 luggages it has not been a problem.

This apartment was very clean and has a balcony. You’ll need to climb 30 stairs before reaching the elevator. The area around the apartment is just okay, nothing special. The price is good.

Located in a very busy neighborhood but lots of dining options that were delicious!! The apt was clean and spacious. We arrived early and were able to wait on the roof terrace because we ran into the housekeeper. I had emailed the property weeks before asking about early check in and did not receive a response. Also, the shower ran out of hot water and our shower head was broken. Maybe we are spoiled Americans but after traveling 24 hours to get there, I was really looking forward to a shower. The floor gets completely soaked because there are no doors on the glass shower. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

Overall good stay, though it would be nice to mention the 15 steps we had to climb with the heavy luggage during check in and check out. Also, it says 40 mins from airport but with or without traffic it’s no less than one hour, which is tiring and paid so much for transportation. Over a 100-160 eros each way.

Property was clean and tidy, the communication from the host was very good / helpful, for some random reason the initial email didn't come through but they responded very promptly through the app. My only small issue was that a previous guest had obviously broken the hooks on the blackout curtain so light was let in where it was not fully connected My room was right on the front so there was some road noise but this was minor.

The smell of cigarettes was horrible, they promised to give us another room and they never called us back, the sheets were dirty and there were many mosquitoes. The elevator starts on the second floor, so we had to carry all our heavy luggage. Don't rent this place or you will be very disappointed. They only care about money, not about people feeling comfortable.

Kuddos to Nikko. He was awesome giving an exceptional welcoming. He helped with luggage and patiently waited for us, gave us advice about local restaurants and places to visit in our short stay. Our cruise departure was in the afternoon and he even offered us the chance to check out a little later. I'll stay in this facility again. Thank you!

Don’t stay in Piraeus - stay in Athens city . We were in Athens for 3 nights , but thought as we’re were doing a dart trip to Aegina and then off to Paros - scruffy area, dragging suitcases up a hill for 20+ minutes was not fun or recommended. Would have been as quick to get the metro from Athens city as walking and restaurants were minimal esp on Sundays
