Feels like a fairly new property. The place had a feel like you were staying in an IKEA display. Interesting colors and layout.

Stayed 1 night

As a solo traveler, I had read reviews about this Tru Hilton hotel saying that it was highly rated for solo travelers. I’m nervous about traveling alone so it’s important to me to feel safe. When I arrived the evening of my reservation, I was told that my reservation at the Tru Hilton would not be honored at this location, and that they had moved my reservation to an affiliated extended stay hotel across the street due to maintenance issues in a couple of their rooms. I asked why my room was canceled instead of someone who had booked more recently ( I had booked months in advance for this work related trip). The attendant had no answer, but gave me her manager’s card. She said they were fully booked with 2 wedding parties and their guests. I did not feel safe going to the extended stay hotel so I canceled my reservation and prayed I would find another safe option for last minute. To be clear, no one called me from this hotel to let me know of the problem in advance. It was a horrible, highly unprofessional experience, and I won’t trust Tru Hilton with a reservation again.

We were pretty happy with our stay. The room was very clean. Girl at the counter when we arrived was very friendly. The shampoo and conditioner were great - smelled sooo good! Air conditioner was one of the quietest hotel A/Cs I’ve encountered. The bed was way too hard for my taste so I had a lot of trouble sleeping. Also, there was no body wash in our shower- we brought our own so this wasn’t that big of a deal. Those are my only complaints. I would recommend the hotel, and I would stay here again. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t say how that was.

The location was super convenient right off the freeway. The property itself was extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast was good. There is a swimming pool in a fitness center that seemed to be in very good shape. I was very happy with my stay there.
