The property is situated next to a small lake that has a walking path beside it. There are multiple restaurants a short drive away and access to the interstate is very convenient. We stayed in a “wet bar” room and enjoyed the extra space. We liked the indoor pool as well.

Brand new hotel, I think this was the first week it was open. Room was excellent and breakfast was good. We used the electric vehicle charging station outside and had 2 chargers with 4 charge cords. Really nice paved path behind the hotel to go for a walk after a long drive. Would recommend this hotel

Her welcome was warm, genuine, and effortless, like being greeted by a longtime friend who also happens to be a total professional. Check-in was smooth, fast, and handled with a level of care you just don’t see very often anymore. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and taken care of before we even asked. Tammy is the kind of employee who defines hospitality. Attentive without hovering, friendly without being scripted, and clearly proud of the property and her role. If every hotel had a Tammy, the travel world would be a much happier place. The hotel itself is excellent—modern rooms, super clean, quiet, and exactly what you want from a Hampton—but Tammy elevated this stay from “great” to exceptional. I loved everything about this hotel. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is that housekeeping woke me up both days I stayed there. The first night, they started knocking on my door at 10 am and kept knocking even though I was staying a second night, and I let the front desk know I didn't need any service. On the second night, I requested a late check-out, and I got a call from the front desk asking why I was still in my room before check-out time. They apologized both times, but it was not pleasant to wake up like that.

The staff were the stars of this new hotel. This is a new property and there are some kinks that are still being worked out but the staff is very accommodating and eager to please. I was not expecting such attentive customer service from a Hampton Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank Scarleth & Tammy specifically. They are the reason that I will come back and stay next time I am in the area.
