Comfortable and clean. Very strong smell of marijuana in elevators and hallway at various points during our 4 night stay. One night it smelled almost like someone was hot boxing our room. Otherwise room was clean and the lobby was fun with lots of activities for guests.

This Hotel has been open two months and still smells new. It has a pleasant IKEA-style botique atmosphere and is visually attractive. An annoying aspect to the design is the lack of closet space and drawers. There is a bar with hangers and open shelves to place clothing. I found the mattress too soft and the desk with a chair was right next to the AC. I had to cover the blower with a towel to work at the desk. Only a refrigerator, no microwave or coffee-maker, but coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Breakfast was ok in design, but scrambled eggs were stewing in water. There was little variety, and food was not really fresh. They could do much better. Location was quiet, lots of free parking, and conveniently located right next to Greenbrier Mall. Staff available 24/7 as well, and very friendly and responsive.

The property was very clean and very quiet. I liked how the entrance to the building locked at 7:00 pm and between 7:00 pm to 7:00 am you had to have a key card to get in. That made me feel safe especially when there are kids involved.

The staff were okay but not very friendly. There are no laundry facilities which is very inconvenient for guests. The doors are locked from 7pm-7am which is inconvenient if you want to have food delivered. The worst part was the cleanliness of the room. They didn’t clean under the bed at all and there was A LOT of hair and dirt. There was hair and dust on the furniture as well. No extra towels are provided so each guest only has one set. The facility is pet friendly which is great but with the lack of cleanliness it made me feel uncomfortable having my pet there. Overall, the stay was okay but they could certainly improve these areas to make it more convenient and comfortable for guests.

Dirty room- dirt and spill stains on floor- hair and fingernail clippings on bathroom floor. Trashcan had not been emptied and no towels. The front desk ladies were very apologetic and tried to be helpful. No other rooms available and it was late when we checked in or we would have searched elsewhere for a room. Called Hotels.com for help and only received a small refund and not in real money. The hotel supervisor said she couldn’t help since we booked 3rd party- just some Hilton Rewards points. All in all a waste of money. Booked here because they had the highest rating.

The room was clean. The pillows were flat. There was a blood stain on the top sheet and fitted sheet. The staff seemed less than thrilled to answer questions. TThe AC couldn't keep up, and it was damp in the room. The icing on the cake, was that we were charged a 200.00 fee for possible damages to the room. We had no children, no pets. The shower had hair in it and looked like it was not cleaned. Their was pink mildew in the shower as well. They can do better at cleaning, this is Hilton. People stay for the name and reputation.

Technical issues checking in front desk wanted to charge me again and they actualy did but was quick to refund me as soon as they found that i was prepaid 1 st room they sent me to wasnt clean so back down to front desk while they went and personally found a room that was clean to put us in

The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall down in an area clearly impacted by a water leak. There was a stain found on the sheets the next morning. Had we noticed it the night before we would have asked to be moved. The blinds in the room didn’t work so we had to leave them closed and the room was not well lit.

The rooms are very small. The smallest I have seen in a Hotel. They don't clean your room everyday. We had to ask for fresh towels. No coffeepot in the room. It doesn't have a closet just a bar to hang clothes on. For the money we paid for the room not worth it.

Would not recommend staying here if you have kids with you, as they will most likely be woken up many times due to loud music and people screaming out in the parking lot. The two nights I stayed there. There was a machine knocking every minute on the clock. There were younger people partying all night two nights straight. The second night I could not take it so I called the front desk at 3 am in the morning. All night doors slamming. Pot smoking, and loud music. Customer service was terrible. I arrived an hour late before check in and my room still wasn’t ready the front desk gave two other people the same style room they arrived after me. Once I opened my room for the Bottom of it was broke. Breakfast was trash. I hate leaving bad reviews worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Also on top of this they did not refund me my money due to the non refundable policy. You will be better off spending $80 staying at motel 6. Nobody cleaned my room. Restocked my towels. Terrible day experience overall.

Will never stay at another Tru if this one represents all. Management and front desk need to learn good customer service. Got to room - had no TV service - was told by front desk that she was not an electrician and after waiting for maintenance to come for 45 minutes was then told that they were off for the night so, we would have to go without a tv until the next day. We understand things happen, a simple apology would have gone a long way.

Didn’t know there was an airport shuttle! Stay was good. Quiet & clean. Good a/c & shower. Loved the lemon bath wash! Plan to stay again at the end of our trip. Staff was friendly. Lots of shopping nearby! Delicious Mexican restaurant right next to hotel. Can walk across the parking lot to it. Los Burritos! Scrumptious!!

The staff was exceptional at the desk. The location is great for traveling to the NC beaches. Dining was within walking distance. This being a holiday weekend could have impacted the hallway being unswept, but other areas were well maintained. Great value.

This is a new hotel with a laid back vibe. Our room was nice and clean but on the smaller side (I admit I forgot to check the square footage) and the TV was large, comparatively. Close to restaurants and shopping and free self parking. My only small complaints are 2 of the employees were less than friendly and the breakfast was less robust that the pictures on the website depict (the only hot items were breakfast meat, eggs, oatmeal-which was very overcooked, and pancakes from a fun diy machine) leaving much to be desired. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice, new , clean hotel!! My only complaint is no overhang at the entrance! It was raining when we were unloading our car and we got SOAKED!! This needs to be fixed! The breakfast was just ok. Nice selection, but the eggs were terrible!! This is not a deal breaker. I would stay here again!!
