The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and always welcoming. I liked the variety of food that they had at the breakfast area. Some places will say that they include breakfast and give you an apple and orange and maybe a granola bar or some muffins, but they did a really good job of making sure there is a variety each day Plus it’s really nice to have the lobby. Include a pool table and some other games and activities you can enjoy I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked like it was nice.

Cleanliness

Reviews consistently praise very clean rooms and public areas in this new property. A few note isolated issues such as an unclean bathroom floor, concerns about push soap dispensers, or limited housekeeping during longer stays.

The only aspect of my stay that I found less than satisfactory was the liquid soap dispenser. Since it requires being pressed by hand for the soap to be dispensed, guests must touch it with unwashed hands, which poses a hygiene concern. I would prefer a touchless dispenser that allows liquid soap to be used without direct contact with the container.

Worst beds ever! Hard as a rock, would have been better off sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was a joke. Went down 20 minutes after breakfast started and they were out of all the hot food. Went back to my room, packed up and came back 1/2 hour later and they were still out. If you stay request not to be put in room 107, it is right next to the “Mechanical Room” and is super noisy all night. Very disappointing given the cost.

There was a noisy dog in the room next door. Tek was very helpful in getting us a new room. Consider not allowing pets. The TV came on by itself with a Hilton welcome screen in the middle of the night. That happened to me at another Hilton hotel stay elsewhere too. Why?? Otherwise, it's a very nice, clean, brand new hotel.

Its a beautiful place. Brand new and very fresh. Quiet and away from main roads. Rooms are small so choose other if you want couch/chair etc. For some reason there was no coffee when we arrived to breakfast. It stayed empty our whole breakfast even though numerous people.told them. Still empty when we left breakfast. The sausage was pretty undercooked. High fee for a little non-shedding 10.7 lb dog. I suggest considering a weight category fee system. I get the fee for a big, hairy 85 pound dog. Everything else great. Polite staff.

The loft smelled like a bar, especially where the men were playing pool. In my room, the toilet’s water tank filled up very slowly — I had to use a bucket of water to flush, which felt like going back to nature! The room was also quite small. There were no other rooms available to switch to, so I guess business is good — but it would be even better if the basics worked properly.

Brand new hotel (May 2025) and a solid choice for the Beaverton area. We were there to visit family who live just 10 mins away so it was very convenient.
