So, the area wasn't great and the hotel is right on a busy road and pretty loud. I fell asleep and there was a fight outside my door around 9:30 p.m., these men were yelling. It scared me and i didn't get back to sleep. I ended up leaving the property at 1:45 a.m. because I couldn't sleep and didn't feel safe there. There was a man watching me load my car and my do

This was the worst place in old Orchard Beach that I have ever stayed! I’ve been going there for decades and stayed at dozens of different places and this place is terrible! I am very disappointed because their reviews seemed like it was a decent place for a good price. But in this case you do get what you pay for! Should’ve known when it said nonrefundable also. First of all when we went into our room, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness because there wasn’t any! Then, when I opened the bedsheets, I saw a live pincher bug inside the bed. We immediately went to the office and they showed us another room, which was slightly better, but still disgusting. If you’re looking for a comfortable clean place to stay, this is not it. There were layers of dirt on stuff. Looks like things have not been wiped down for probably years. I would suggest trying a different place.
