The hotel room was clean and the staff were very nice. Howere, there was NO bar as advertised, so they should really take that off the website and 3rd party sites. Also, the only had a heated pool and its too hot for a heated pool in Indio for like 8 months out of the year.

For the amount of money they charge, they could at least clean the rooms daily. The hallways were filthy. The condition awful for a newer property with gouges and scrapes against all the hallways, I had to beg to get my room cleaned even every other day, and they vacuum maybe once every 2 weeks in the hallways and never in the rooms unless there’s a change. It’s terrible management pinching Pennies and hiring people who speak absolutely no English and have attitude, probably because they are illegal and ticked off, as they should be. Marriott usually is a good brand. Not at that location.

The bed frames were not dusted or cleaned even the tables, sink in the restroom, everything in the room was dusty (carpet, baseboards, everything.) The shower didn’t work properly. I took a cold shower this morning because the hot water wasn’t strong as the cold water in the shower, the shower knob seemed broken and water pressure is weak once I turned to hot water. Also. The elevator was making weird noises. Will not be staying here again ever, can I have my refund back?

Was offered a room where the AC was not working. On reporting the issue we were asked us to move to a room with 1 king size bed and 1 Sofa bed. With a family of 4, I ended up sleeping on the floor so that my Daughter and Wife can have a good sleep. This is the worst experience I had with Fairfield Marriott hotels. Being a member myself i would not recommend this hotel for stay.

The staff did not answer numerous calls to the front desk when our television didn’t work. When I went down to the front desk, I found her helping a gust with their Mobile app. Had I have had an emergency in my room, I wouldn’t have received help. I asked about the calls to the front desk and she avoided them. she told me that she had told me at check it that the television wasn’t working. I told her she hadn’t and she said that she had. I would have remembered that. I understand the lake of tv service was out of her hands but answering the phone was. The situation didn’t have to happen.

It was the worst experience I have ever had in my 75 years of traveling. I had contacted the hotel. Com to reserved a room at this hotel and paid for the room at the same time. We picked up some take-out dinner. Than went to check in. We got the hotel and removed and placed oura luggage on a rack. At the desk, a very unhappy woman started to check us in and then became very rude and unprofessional. She spoke on the phone in Spanish to 5 different people complaining about no rooms were clean. There were no housekeepers around or m. To make a long story short i called 911 the officers came. She had canceled my reservations telling be hotel. Com was a third party and my reservation all though pd for waI no longer valid. It was to stressful hours after traveling for 8 hours. How could management higher such an unprofessional who obviously had no training in customer service .the officers helped us with or bags and over their apologies. Not only did she waste our time but left us very upset we went to the Hilton boy what a contrast in service. Regardless of the lack of workers, no one as rude or uncaring should be given that position. but my

The front desk staff were rude and didn’t even tell me that they were putting me in a different room than I had paid for. They have me two double beds instead of a king and didn’t say anything. I asked why I was put in a different room and she said they were all sold out. Would have been nice to let me know prior!!! Just rude front desk staff!!

This was our second stay here and it’s in a great location with many restaurants near! My only issue for not giving it 5 stars is we had to wait about 30 minutes after we arrived for the normal check in hour. I’d also like to mention it would be nice to offer 2 bottles of complimentary water per room, since every hotel we stay at offers this today. Thank you

This hotel is quite nice, it’s newer and has great facilities and is an excellent value. The staff are friendly and super helpful and since I work in the area often I will happily make this my home base on a going forward basis.

I was in Coachella for a two-day work trip, and Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indio Coachella Valley was the perfect choice for proximity to the Empire Polo Club. There's easy quick service food (Starbucks, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes, etc). The next time I'm in Coachella for work, I will stay there again! Budget friendly but not cheap and gross! Very clean, brand new with friendly staff. Ideal hotel if you're not needing a large resort type accomodations.
