The only thing inconvenient is that they only have one washer and dryer. The ice machine is in the small area with it and it is completely locked and closed by 6:30pm. No access after, even if you ask. There is no ventilation in bathroom either.

This lodge is a a bunch of drug party rooms. When you open the door and smell stench of cigarettes its obvious. Burn marks on all the counters and bathtub. The pictures on the website are decieving. Room was non refundable so i had no choice but to take the room anyways. Pictures i post will teveal the truth. And the "Police Friendly motel " sign at counter is a joke. Basically a local drug motel. Staff knows what goes in there. I promise you!!!

Place clean. Bed comfortable. No amenities except soap. Had coffee pot but no coffee, tea, sugar, etc. Provided plastic cups that were not for hot drinks. Minimal furnishings. Furniture needed repair-handle broken on side cabinet. No hangers, no hooks, no closet rod, no bathroom mirror. Nice TV but so complex to turn on and had to request assistance x2 just to turn on.

Stay was consistent with price. Room showed age but it was clean and bed was great! Parking lot well lit and easy check in. Air condition also worked great on this very hot day. Definitely needs face lift - patches walls, rust spots on tub, and bathroom door frame needs replacing.

When your reading this you’ve probably have already read some bad reviews. But my stay was anything but, they are the cheapest hotel , but honestly one of the cleanest in the area. Housekeeping is always on top of it , every morning you get a knock and it’s them on top of it asking you if you want cleaning service. There’s no bug problem at all, and the utilities are always working. Lastly the staff they have my complete application and love. They deal with a lot of negative people, and negative drama guys the area isn’t the best, but they make sure to always have security at nights and they take it seriously! I’ve stayed here four months and the whole time I’ve had no problems, it’s worth a stay and it’s the cheapest place to lay your head if your in a jam.I love everyone at the superlodge and thank you for an amazing 4 months.

House keeping are always on it, every day in the morning they make sure to ask everyone if you want anything or need cleaning service. They go above and beyond for the people and things they have to deal with, much love and respect to them. Also from the people in the office, to everyone in housekeeping they do everything they can to keep it a clean and safe environment. They make sure they have security on site that are active at nights! Any type of weird stuff security is on it, I loved them for that. The only issue I had was the area , it wasn’t bad just a lot of junkies , and tutes around. The superlodge is miles above the hotel across from it when it comes to cleanliness and no drama. Trust me I stayed here for 5 months, it’s the cheapest as far as price and yet still the quality and security doesn’t ever drop. The management have to deal with a lot of negative people sadly, but they do amazing! Guys give them a shot and I highly, highly doubt they will let you down. For a safe, long stay don’t look any further because the Superlodge Hotel is always the right choice in many ways.

All I wanted after driving all day was to get online, take a shower, and get some sleep. I couldn't do any of those. The wifi is down, the shower is just a trickle, and one of my neighbors is having a loud party, well past midnight. Just a horrible experience, I will find somewhere else for my return trip.

PLEASE read the reviews before you book. The only thing clean about this room was the sheets and the refrigerator. You can’t walk around in your socks or bare feet because the rug is disgusting. Please purchase febreeze prior to check in because the room smells like an ashtray. The manager/owner has a terrible attitude. The wifi doesn’t connect well or stay connected. Cigarette burns on the blankets, floor in the bathroom and bathtub. Spider webs on the ceiling. The room was the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen

I was homeless (living in my car) and working at Amazon when I went to Super Lodge. From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. They have a bunch of cameras and if any shady stuff goes on they don’t play they’ll call the police. They made it to were in an unsafe are you can feel safe. And you’re in walking distance with a lot of stuff. Seriously from room 137 (black guy who use to wear the Aldi jacket all the time in the winter) THANKYOU SO MUCH I wish y’all nothing but the best.

There were bugs on our room, the room smelled like mold and cigarettes. The receptionist gave us another room which smelled better and had no bugs but the floors were extremely water damaged and water would squirt out from the floor boards when you’d step on them. There was also crumbs and hair on the sheets.

The guy kind of harasses you when you’re checking in. Then as I was on my way to the room, I was stopped by another guest leaving who said the beds had bed bugs. I’ve stayed at some dumps before so I thought I’d check the beds myself. Upon inspecting the mattresses they were covered with gunk and various bodily stains. I was not going to stay in that room with my family. We split and found a new hotel. So bummed to be out the $90 but it’s better than bringing bed bugs home. Super disappointed with the experience and with Expedia.

I hated it. It was filthy, with moldy fixtures, dirty walls, broken bed and a ton of people hanging around begging for food and money. In fact the police were there during the night for a fentanyl overdose in the parking lot. The smoke detector was disabled. You ought to be ashamed to represent this property. You ought to give us a refund.

My experience overall wasn’t bad but there are definitely some things that could have been better. First, there was only one outlet in the room and I had to sleep without my Cpap because it wouldn’t reach the bed. Second, I was supposed to be in a non smoking room but the room smelt like smoke the entire time. Third, the website says there is breakfast in the morning but when I went to check it there was absolutely nothing there and the first desk looked at me like I was crazy. The bed was hard in spots, you could feel the springs. It worked for what I needed it for but definitely choosing a better option next time

Got what I paid for. Palatable for one night. Not a great area, place is pretty run down, room smelled like cigarettes and made our clothes stink, dingy shower. Only redeeming quality is the bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable

For my needs - a place to sleep, no disturbances, a great price, a refrigerator and a microwave - this was THE place. "Mike" at the front desk was calm, welcoming and helpful. The property is not a luxury destination, but everything was entirely adequate for ALL of my needs, and if I need a place in the Philadelphia/Wilmington area again, I will be seeking out the Super Lodge in New Castle, DE again.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here , after checking in I was outside for 30 minutes was told one room confirmed with the front desk twice before heading there was the wrong room came back to her gave me a different number the second time confirm that one went there. My key didn’t work. The third time gave me a room that finally worked, but there was bugs and the towels has stains on them.

This property is super unsafe. Homeless people sometime knock your doors and drunk people roaming around all the time. I online booked this place and didn’t get a good wibe reaching there. I stayed for 2 hours there and had to leave the place as it was unsafe. Booked 2 nights and paid in advance but had to leave within 2 hours.

We liked the external color of the building which is warm and enviting, the service to help us find a non-smoking room, which the management didnt have control over as almost each room had a smoked smell. The one we got was still the best , though not smoke free. Unsafe environment made us uncomfortable, and lack of access to food late at night other than McDonalds. We still had a good time as the interior of the room was clean and fufille all needs. Except more chairs, and not run down arm chairs would have made it better as well as upgraded furniture.

Really don't happy about the idea of staying in a place without checking reviews first. I like to give positive reviews, sorry but i have to said, it's the worst place i ever been. Bathtub was to dirty, that I have to take showers somewhere else, no coffee maker, hair blower, clothe hanger, poor beds and linen with cigarette burns holes etc.. Overall this place is messed. I don't recommend this place to a friend.
