The pool was closed which really bummed us out. The hot water in the shower was hardly lukewarm. The place was clean but the room stayed very warm even when turning down the thermostat. No microwave. The bottles of body wash, shampoo, etc in the shower were all empty as well

The common space in the lobby was great and you really don't see decor and the cozy areas in many hotels. Most lobbies are trying to be Presidential and uppity but this was so relaxed and inviting. Seating areas were easily private while also accommodating to a group or family. Super cool y'all.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool as our grandchildren like the diversion. The pool was closed. We were so disappointed that we chose a different hotel. And Hotels.com, there booking agent, gave us a whole $25 back. Ridiculous.

Really friendly front desk staff. Rooms quirky with a cool vibe. Would be a great place for kids. Free pool table, giant Jenga and Connect 4 game in lobby. Cute breakfast area with automated pancake machines so kids can watch them being cooked. Lots of fun toppings for food. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Everything looked like new.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly! The $50 non refundable fee was a little steep. The room was great and comfy. The breakfast was good enough for us and the kids. The staff was so friendly!

We enjoyed the fun atmosphere of the property, as well as the efficient setup of the rooms. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very social in the lobby area with fun and interesting sitting areas. The only thing that was not a plus for us was the parking, it seemed a bit limited, but we will definitely book again when we are visiting our family in the Hillview area.

Floors were peeling up and were very sticky. Called front desk and ask if they could be cleaned while we were out for the day. Came back and they were “cleaned” but still very sticky. Beds are not comfortable, very stiff, all springs. Staff was great and the area felt very safe. Breakfast was not very good but it’s free so it wasn’t bad.

We were very unhappy with our stay. For the price we paid we expected, rooms to not smell of mold and mildew, the ice machine had stuff floating in the ice. The beds were very uncomfortable. I have never had a worst stay. Also amenities were terrible, the in room fridge didn’t work.

We always opt to stay at this hotel when traveling to Louisville for appointments. However when we walked into our room this time it smelled like wet dog. The floors felt sticky on our shoes when walked on. Definitely not the best experience from this hotel. We probably won’t be back.

The location was perfect, my only complaint is that my room was very musty smelling. I went and asked for a room spray, front desk clerk gave me what she had but I ended up going to Walmart and buying a candle. It smelled just fine then but when I woke up in the middle of the night that same musty smell was back. I mentioned it to the front deck clerk upon my leaving and she said she would’ve gladly given me a different room. I chose not to be a nuisance. I would stay again for she.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. When we mentioned it to the front desk we were told that everyone complained about the mattress. We checked out after the first night and went to another hotel. Do not stay at this property!

The biggest issue for me was the fact I could hear people above me and next door. Normally I use the fan for.white noise but this hotel used an eco-friendly version which did not offer the much needed background noise. Sound machine in rooms???

The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Having Netflix in the room was a huge plus. Free coffee and tea was available all day and night. I can’t say enough about this room , it was great

I was very pleased and comfortable at this location. I appreciated the call from the hotel to clarify my request for the room for my mom to ensure it was correct. The rooms and towels were clean…a rarity these days for hotels. I enjoyed the wood floors because I didn’t have to see stained and filthy carpet. I loved the friendly staff who made us feel at home. I would definitely visit this hotel again in the future if passing through KY.

Very impressed. The hotel is very modern and clean. Easy check-in. The lobby has great seating for socializing. Jenga, checkers and a pool table. It also has an indoor pool. The location is great. 20 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from expo center. Also it is only 15 minutes from the Jim Beam Distillery. The area is safe and clean. Cracker Barrel and Tumbleweeds right around the corner. I would highly recommend.

We took a chance and went into Louisville, unable to locate ANY parking (not TRU’s fault)-probably a cool area for locals who know the ins/outs. Hotel backs up to an Amazon facility that was active the entirety of our stay.

I came into town to travel my daughter for a volleyball tournament. I stayed in a room by myself. I did book this hotel because it had free breakfast, but the breakfast was pretty lackluster to be honest for a Hilton hotel. I did grab a bagel and some juice a couple mornings but the automatic pancake machines Aren’t calibrated correctly and the eggs and sausage were beyond bland and boring and undercooked. Other than that the staff was amazing and the room was very clean and the hotel was very cool so overall it would be a nine out of 10 for me.
