It was very clean and the pics online was just like in person. The continental breakfast was awesome too! Also the heated pool was great as well!

I've stayed here several times and always will when I'm in the DC area. It's clean, has a great gym and is in a terrific location.

Stayed one night. Location is right off the highway. It was quiet. Laundry on site (inside the gym) was great. Quiet area about 10-15 mins away from nearby shops

Convenient location and decent breakfast options. They have EV chargers for convenience (13cents per kwh). There is a Safeway 3 min walking distance which is great. I wish you would not hear your upstairs neighbors buts it's not bad

The Home2 Suites facility was clean throughout. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. There was one issue that the television did not work. A service individual came by and stated he had to go downstairs to reboot the TV. He never came back, and I was without television service for the day. On a good note, I received chat messages from management on my arrival. I did reply and received a reply. Also, I discovered I did not have my laptop charger. I went to the front desk and asked if they could help me. Alison was very nice and gave me a charger to use. I was very appreciative of the help received.

I stayed for 20 days. Cleanliness is worth emphasizing. This is an excellent hotel.

I enjoyed the pool. I didn't like the facts that my room was never cleaned untill i left. No towels changed and we were 2.

The bed was very uncomfortable, had to request more pillows, guest service was decent but calling down and requesting anything took about an hour for anyone to come up and deliver. The room was clean but I wouldn’t book more than a one night stay here again.

When we entered our suite we were quite pleased with the layout, space and decor. I thought we had made a great choice for our 6 night stay. However, the electric blinds that we originally thought were wonderful ended up tainting our visit. The set in the bedroom was broken, so I could not lower the privacy shade at all. The one in the other room had a cover missing across the top. There is a blue light inside the mechanism that flashes every 2 seconds. This light was strobing out of the 3 ft opening all night interrupting my daughter’s sleep. A kind maintenance man came by and tried to fix it at 11 pm but couldn’t. The next day I spoke to 2 different people about it and a third person the following day. It was never fixed. Also, the shower curtain was 6 inches off the floor of the rimless shower tray so every day the bathroom floor would become flooded with water. The manager apologized for our problems and gave us one night free which was fair. Also the breakfast was not good. Eggs were omelettes out of a box. They had meat in them and we are vegetarians. The yogurt was good, but on day 4 a sign was put up saying out of stock. Overall a disappointment.

The tv system didn’t work properly and the replacement tv remote was the wrong kind so we couldn’t use the full features of the tv. The thermostat control box fell off the wall thus causing the unit in the ceiling to make beeping noises for the rest of the night. Now the good. The staff were amazing, our room it self was great and the products in the bathroom were wonderful. Breakfast was just what we needed and the coffee was top notch. We will return and hopefully will get to try the heated pool.

Perfect location close to many amenities. The rooms are spacious, modern & comfortable. Whenever we requested anything the staff brought it to our room quickly. Free parking was a great benefit. The breakfast had a nice variety. Will definitely stay again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was great, the fitness facility was good ,and the lobby was comfortable. My only criticism was that the people in the room above us were super loud. Sounded like they were constantly moving furniture or jumping up and down. But that's not the property's fault. We would stay again if we needed a hotel in the area.

Very nice and big rooms

Overall, a good experience but the air conditioning was not working and our room got up to 80 degrees. Maintenance came in but could not fix it, all other rooms were booked so they gave us fans.

I love the Home2 Suites. It is comfortable, spacious, always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the full kitchen. It helps me save money by fixing my own special diet meals. I look for Home2 Suites when I travel now. Thank you 😊 👍👍👍

Check in was fast and easy, Angie was great with help in getting us a 2nd room as the air conditioner was not working properly. Coffee pot did not work 2nd day and was replaced immediately with a brand new one. Maintenance was great with air conditioner problem and worked with Angie to get us another room and brought the keys to us. House Keeping was only needed once and I left note with what was needed and they left exactly what I asked for. When we came back to the hotel Angie said if house keeping had not came to our room yet she would take care of it. Thank you!

I always like staying here but this time in particular, the customer service was outstanding! Great staff1!

My TV has been just dropping signal a few times. I have had to park on the street a few times but right next to the facility. A couple times my reservation got confused by staff, an in-house communication issue.

The customer service was great, we came in late and the young lady was polite and comforting.

Lovely property, although public areas not as clean as the room. Lots of little issues. Our door never closed the first time. Heated pool not heated. Biggest issue - for the first 24 hours room keys did not work consistently. When I went back to the front desk on the evening of the first night, it was unattended. For 20 minutes I had no room access. The manager told me the next day that the hotel is run that way intentionally. It is the business model to have very limited staff. I believe this to be a bad decision if only for security reasons. I will not stay at a Home2 property again for this reason alone.

Safety of the guests is a concern at this property. A random stranger banged on our door at 3 am and was yelling loudly. The phone in our room was not working. We finally got a hold of the front desk staff via our cellphone. Our concern was downplayed by the front desk staff and security was not sent out to check on the situation.

Another excellent stay! My husband and I had a great weekend. Second time here and your front desk staff was welcoming once again. Very convenient to the beltway and in-laws with breakfast included.

The hotel was conveniently located off the highway. There was a supermarket, Starbucks, and other stores right across the street, easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean and the employees were very friendly and attentive. Definitely will stay again.

This will the hotel that we will stay at when we are vising our daughter at UMD at College Park. Great place for our student to get away and have a "home cooked meal" with her dorm mates. But the complementary was breakfast awesome. The proximity to the campus was great. Convenient to all he stores you would need to visit.

We chose this hotel for our trip to D.C. we specifically chose a hotel out of the city because our kids wanted to swim desperately and we couldn’t find any reasonably priced hotels in the city that had an indoor pool. We were really upset to find out that the pool at this location was closed for maintenance for not just an afternoon or a day, but for an entire week—our entire stay. We never actually saw anyone working on it which made it even more annoying. It was really disappointing!!!!! We also chose this location due to its proximity to D.C. it’s like 17 miles outside. So like 20 minutes in normal places. If you’ve never been to D.C. and witnessed the amount of crawling traffic everywhere you go you may be in for a surprise. 17 miles turned into 45 minutes to an hour each way, each time we went in. Didn’t matter what time we went. All day crawl. If that is a problem for you (small children) I would highly recommend staying closer to DC. We will stay inside DC next time. Without the pool, there is nothing to do at this hotel location. It’s next door to a shopping plaza, but it’s like groceries and a few fast food restaurants. Downtown silver springs was about a 15-20 minute drive and there is more to do there. The hotel itself is updated, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was very diverse and good. The room itself was ok until a loud family upstairs came. Not very good sound proofing. Constant stomping. Very clean and nice shower.

The hotel is next to a highway and the soundproofing needs work. I’m a heavy sleeper and was awaken several times overnight! The complimentary breakfast is terrible. Microwaved egg hashes and sandwiches. STAY AWAY.

The hotel itself is great but the food service is terrible. The online room service does not work due to security problems according to the hotel. Also, the complimentary breakfast is a joke since it is only till 9 am. For those of us who are on vacation with 3 kids, how can we manage to be up and ready for the free breakfast from 6-9? So, the hotel expect us to rush around on our holiday to make it to the complimentary breakfast? I absolutely do not recommend this place for families who are on vacation. Perhaps if you are on a business trip and can manage to be out and ready before 9, then by all means yes, stay at this hotel.

Not a lot of choices for breakfast

Stayed one night here while passing through, the room was very nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
